I have been seeing Tania Haqq since 2012 and I am fortunate to have found her. Even though I live in California now, I ensure to give her a visit nearly every time when I return back to Vancouver. I initially came for work on my Adductors and other leg muscles as they were too tight from all of my leg training and Ice hockey. The majority of the work now is for my back and neck due to being on the computer too much. Without question, I am more relaxed at the end of the therapy session. Tania is able to rid of the knots in my body without causing a lot of pain. There will inevitably be some spots that must endure pain for it to be treated, but Tania ensures to work within your comfort zone. One of my favorite things about working with Tania is that she is very knowledgeable of her profession. As the field of Myofascia and its treatment fascinates me, it is a topic me and Tania can discuss at a friendly pace. She is a great wealth of information and is happy to share. Tania also educates on a variety of stretches so that I can combat the knots from developing in my body. Tania genuinely cares about her clients - which I could read from day one of being her client. As added bonuses, she plays relaxing music and also uses Shea Butter as the body cream. Her personality and technical ability are the reasons why I keep returning! Live healthily, Theo

I saw Rebekka Brandli for an emergency treatment of painful muscle spasms in my back and I am so glad I did! Her knowledgeable and supportive presence helped me to trust and feel ready to work with her, even though I was in serious pain. The treatment was calming and efficient, providing much more relief than I had anticipated. I left feeling supported in recovery and healing and would recommend her treatment without reservation.

The therapists here are known for their excellent care and knowledge when it comes to post surgical rehabilitation. The whole office has a lovely, relaxed, stress free feeling. The waiting area includes a room with comfy chairs and even a blanket for waiting spouses!

Catalina gives the best massage in the city! If you are looking for some relief from prenatal aches, pains, and swelling, Catalina's massages are perfect. She combines a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, and acupressure massage that really gets the job done. Anytime I have seen her she always checks in to see if I have any specific problematic areas and always resolves them. Her pressure, technique, personality, and the space, create a great experience. I'm really looking forward to seeing her for a post baby massage!

I'm a competitive tennis player and I hadn't had a massage in months. I was very stiff and sore and had lost some range of motion in my hips and hamstrings. I only had one massage with Tania because I don't live in BC and was only visiting but in the one session all my issues were instantly relieved. I felt the difference almost immediately which surprised me because she uses a light touch and the massage wasn't painful at all, unlike some others I had from other massage therapists. I felt like a new person the next day and benefits of that one massage lasted for many weeks of playing tennis 3-8 hours a day. My only regret is that I don't live in Vancouver and don't have the ability to be a regular client. Those of you who live in Vancouver are lucky to have access to her skill. ricardo scipio
