I like Dr. Bentley. The problem I have with him is there was a mix up Ibhad Some lab work. The lab said I didn't do it so I was an automatic liar. I have seen Dr Bentley for a few years never had any issues and now I am just about to snap because he refuses to see me after putting me on all these meds now he dropped me like a hot potatoe and all the meds have my mind going crazy. I need him more right now than I have in a while but he cut me . All I can say is thanks doc you had helped me so much for me to be ready to kill someone mentally now. I just will never understand but I guess it wasn't meant for me to understand.

Update: I was given the incorrect appointment time by accident. I can forgive that. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally. The paperwork was straightforward and I had to wait less than 10 minutes to see the attendant who was working my case. I recieved his undivided attention and never felt rushed. My meds were slightly adjusted and labs taken. My initial reaction is now completely different. I do wish they had a recording system that provided office hours and the ability to leave a message. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, I had an appointment this morning at 8:30. Arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork. Finally located the office (noone was answering the office number) and the office is locked. Nothing. Nada. Was told that Dr. Bentley was doing rounds. Very unprofessional. Leaves me feeling uncertain of competency. Will review again if things improve.

I was seeing Dr.Bently and was put in elderly therapy bur got to see a counselor and then I was kicked out of it and my insurance told me that the finance woman told them that I didn't fit into the program.

The best physician office experience I have had in years!!!! Dr. Bentley is awesome, he is very caring, listens, professional yet down to earth, knowledgeable. He will give his medical advice/opinions but also "listens" to what you have to say about your health and what you think/feel without making you feel as if your opinion is not important nor does he make you feel like your are beneath him. So many more psychiatrist these days should enjoy their career like he does! Also, his assistant is great too, as well very friendly and caring. I will continue to drive almost an hour one way, a doctor this great is worth the drive! I finally left a psychiatrist office again for the 1st time in a while; feeling better than when I come in and isn't that one of the best benefits of having the right psychiatrists! I highly recommend this doctor...

I’ve called multiple times and LVM for a CB on instructions on what steps needed to be taken for a new patient. I’ve recieved not the first call to even say “He’s not taking new patients.” Whatever the case may be this is poor office skills and I was Referred to him for being such a “great doctor.” May want to get new staff who returns calls.

I have only 1 complaint an I can't get anyone to answer the phone an I have to call an leave 2 or more messages b4 I get a call bk, other than that Dr. BENTLEY is understanding, compassionate, he is easy to talk to.. He cares about his patient's, he has never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. He is the best.

I am so grateful for Dr.Bentley, although I am not currently seeing him due to my insurance change, he helped me to overcome so much. I would recommend him above any other doctor in this state .From my experience and all that I have had to overcome it’s very crucial to have a doctor who understands you and I am so thankful for actually finding a doctor that truly cares in this day and time!

I have been trying to get my son in to see him. My son is suffering from depression and anxiety as well as some anger issues because of this. He also has ADD. My son has just started dealing with calling Drs and such and was trying to explain his ADD and then tell them he had other problems too and Dr Bentley refused to see him.
