The office runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is very efficient. However they do find time to interact with their clients and explain procedures and any pertinent questions.

I wasted my time and effort to have my pics taken and pay for lens only to constantly have the surgery canceled on me evenvthough I've had both covid shots. one day while going to the mailbox I find a refund cheque with no explanation from Kelly as to why it was returned.
