I cannot say enough good things about dr DELACRUZ and her team. I can list everything they did for me but they simply do it with everyone.. best experience all around. Also I had to take my baby twice to her husband and he was formidable he is so knowledgeable and so kind and gentle with babies. It The ladies who work with dr DELACRUZ are so nice, helpful and bobbly their positive energy and smile are contagious I have never meet such nice ppl. Thank you guys so much for helping me with my pregnancy delivery and taking care of my baby afterwords u r a true gift from God ❤️????

She’s amazing at her job she was patient and answered all of my questions. My pregnancy was high risk and she remained thorough and attentive the whole time and I ended up having to have an emergency c section because one of my twins was in distress. She moved quickly and my babies are now healthy and happy today.

So glad we came to this clinic . Despite calling in a day before we got an appt . Waiting time was even less than 15 mins . Friendly front desk . Dr Mel was amazing with my six year old . It really cured his ear issue . Highly recommended

Extremely dissapointing experience.. The clinic likely has multiple bookings at the same time.. lots of people cramped in a small waiting room during COVID pandemic.. waited 1 hour but was still 3rd in line to see the doctor, although I supposably had the first appointment of the day at 9am.. felt it was useless to have an appointment.. Rude staff, not courteous to patients needs.. was told by reception to go elsewhere to have my expectations met...!!! Had to leave without seeing the doctor, after driving 2 hours to get there.. Felt the clinic puts their interests ahead of patient's interest.

I’m so glad I had Dr. Delacruz for my first pregnancy! She never made our appointments feel rushed and made everything easy. She made herself available anytime and was always quick to get back to me. She was always easy to talk to and the whole office staff was very friendly and personable every time I was in. I hope I’m lucky enough to have her for my next!
