The worst experience of my life....very rude and ignorant towards me.....I got no help picking out glasses and they were both very short mannered....the manager was nasty and mean....Dr. Rick Howlett put the very first pair of glasses on my face at 4 years old 41 years ago and the last was just bought from there....The minute these ladies found out I'm on income support the whole experience changed and if they smiled their face would have cracked....I just can not believe and I wonder how dr..Howlett would feel if he knew his customers were being treated like this ....we will see because I plan on getting in touch with him....but for the mean time...I'll call the BBB...

Best experience I have ever had at an optical appointment! Brittany Burt gives great advice and is very curtious and professional. I will not be going anywhere else but to her & Howlett optical on 47 Union St.

The women working at Howlett Optical were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of glasses are the best I have seen in this area and I was fitted and taken care of with a tremendous amount of patience. I would recommend this experience to everyone searching for quality service.
