Giving this place 1 star simply because I could not give it the 0 stars it deserves. I took my daughter to meet with a psychotherapist who was referred by them and the office was a walk in clinic. Very dull and not child-friendly. I was over-charged TWICE even though the first time, they assured me it would not happen again. They sent me an e-transfer without even asking me if it was an acceptable means of refund for me (the money was taken from the credit card they have on file for me and had NOTHING to do with my debit account associated with the e-transfer). I was not informed that they would do this, I was not even asked for my email address for this etransfer, they just took the email they had for me on file and sent the money there without saying a word. If you over-charge me and took the money from my credit card, IT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SAME CARD. They don't even accept debit as a form of payment, but decided that they can sent etransfers without even informing clients. I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and received a two sentence apology. I replied to said email (this was on Friday, January 24, today is Monday, January 27 - they are open on weekends) and they have not bothered to respond. Avoid this place. They obviously care more about the money than they do about clients. If you have any issue with them, don't expect a response either. You can find better for a fraction of the price. I've already seen that they like to respond back to "bad"reviews and make excuses, so if you're reading this, I advise to ignore the response from them that is sure to come.

I ' m really happy with the service I've received from Positive Kids. My child has ADHD and there were not a lot of therapy options for services for this population. My son is still seeing his therapist and he's excited to go to his sessions. I see that his self esteem is increasing and I'll probably continue to use these services for quite a big longer.

Alice provided exceptional counselling, compassion and commitment. We searched various options for our children and are so glad we decided on Positive Kids. In only a few sessions, we observed very positive changes and are seeing big improvements in our children's ability to focus and exercise self-control at school and at home. Alice the owner in my experience I found to be honest and very invested in ensuring the kids have the most positive and rewarding outcome with their experience. Facility is very poorly managed; the therapy room does not look children friendly at all nor is the whole office. The toys in the room are all from the dollar store really worn out and dirty!!! I WOULD NOT ADVISE any parents to take their children here it’s not even a legitimate child therapy center. Please parents take your children to a better run facility To respond back the "Alice Wiafe" ridiculous review below shows all in well the level of professionalism Positive Kids Inc runs. The comment below from owner shows all to well the kind of professional human she is. Slandering and Defaming her "employees" to cover for her mess is distasteful and immature. The fact spoken above are 100% true and is not associate with any former therapist!! Go have a look at the "clinic" and see how dated and unprofessional the establishment is.

Great program! Helped give our kids (and us) the tools to deal with their feelings and big emotions, using positive attitudes and reinforcements. The kids loved going every week, and we are looking forward to the next session!

My daughter was seeing a therapist here for 3-4 months (video conferencing due to lock down). I never got any updates or information as to what her diagnosis was. When I called the doctor (phone number on the invoices) the doctor told me that she had never heard of my daughter and my daughter was not on her list of Clients. She also told me that the invoice numbers on the invoices Positive Kids had sent me were not hers. I had paid over $800 at this point. Daughter is no better, I have no idea if she was even seeing a qualified professional. I've now lodged an investigation due to these business practices.
