You will see all the feddbacks of real people who are purchasing the services and products of Clearpoint Health Network - False Creek Healthcare Centre (Psychiatrist) in the area close to Glace Bay (Canada).
At the moment the business has a rating of 3.3 stars out of 5 and this score was based on 61 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is discreet, neither too high nor too low, and it is based on a very high number of reviews, so we may be pretty sure that the rating is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to put tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Psychiatrist is included in the category of Surgical center.
Absolute scam. I paid nearly $800 for a consult in Nov 2019, was told they’d arrange a procedure. Followed up in Dec 2019 and was told my consulting Dr was on vacation, then I never heard from them again. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the regulatory body. Essentially, if you have a legitimate health concern that won’t make them tons of money, they will just blow you off. I eventually got my surgery through the public system as it was deemed “urgent”. Not urgent to the staff at False Creek apparently.
Went there for CT and MRI, total cost over $3,000. Service level is just like any public hospital, not the "upscale" feel of private healthcare that I have experienced in other countries. Worse is to wear a hospital gown with nothing underneath and ride a public elevator to go from ground floor reception up a few floors to have CT. Then ride the same public elevator back down to ground floor for MRI. I think an over coat would be nice in this situation. Promised to send a report to me directly but no report after ONE month.
Very disappointing experience and has kept raising questions 5 months later - originally went in August, was upsold on the flu shot and here I am end of January - 5 months later with the worst bout of the flu I have had in years. Assessment not worth the price, report full of silly meaningless charts, every opportunity to up sell is made and just not a great feel for the place from start to finish. Avoid, look elsewhere for private healthcare....or better yet, just take care of yourself.
I decided that I was finally done waiting to get the help I needed through the public healthcare system, and chose to proceed privately with Dr. Heran at FCHC. I realize that for many others, this is not an option, it does get quite expensive and not everybody has the means to pay for such treatment; however, that is a completely unrelated subject. I am here to talk about my experience at False Creek Healthcare Centre involving lumbar surgery. Upon my arrival, I was politely greeted by a friendly receptionist who then proceeded to give me some forms to fill out. Upon completion of said forms, I was then asked to be seated. I was hardly seated for long, before a beautiful, and kind, nurse by the name of Joy came to collect me so we could continue with the procedure. Joy was very kind and made a clear effort to make sure that I was comfortable. We would make occasional jokes here and there, to keep the mood light, and to extinguish any inevitable feelings of anxiety. She did well to keep me calm, while at the same time maintaining a certain level of professionalism that is second nature to the staff at FCHC. Once I made it into the operating room I was once again politely greeted by the nursing staff, and the anestesiologist, whom with I shared many a good laugh. Once the operation was complete, and i was woken up (about an hour went by which felt like one minute) there were a handful of nurses in the recover room along with Dr. Heran himself, who greeted me with delightful news of a successful surgery. He was even faced with far worse symptoms than he had anticipated due to my most recent MRI having been taken way back in March. He did not falter whatsoever, and proceeded with confidence! As I was recovering, there were two more wonderful nurses that I had the pleasure of meeting, one named Sheena (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) and the other named Lucia. Lucia constantly checked on my pain levels and was very quick to act accordingly if I was in pain. The three nurses (Joy, Sheena, and Lucia) were all engaging in friendly conversation with me, while still checking on my vitals and making sure I was stable and under control. I am very thankful for their leniency toward my blabbering and ranting, as I was wide awake and immensely bored! I was then wheeled out to my ride home. Overall great experience at False Creek Healthcare Centre, and although I wouldn't wish on it, if I ever had to go back there for surgery, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world! Thanks Ezra,
I had surgery on Dec, 17th and I want to give Big Thank you to Dr. Salim Lalani, anesthesiologist, nurses Tess, Laroan (something like that) for the indicated treatment. Everyone was very kind and professional. Such medical workers do not meet often.Thank you. Dragana U.
Terrible. After spending time and (a lot) of money working with one of their GP's I was able to get no better treatment than the public system. They were unable to do anything for me. Do not recommend at all.
I went in for my septo rhinoplasty surgery today, and all of the nurses, anesthesiologists, and everyone working was so nice and so wonderful! I was all alone and was very scared, and everyone there made me feel so much better, they made me laugh and helped me every second before and after the surgery, I highly recommend this clinic! So wonderful! Thankyou everyone that was there today (June 30th)! You made my day so much better than I thought it was going to be!
Visiting False Creek healthcare centre will easily cost you thousands of dollars. Visiting a specialist will require you to complete a multitude of tests. Then the consultation fee and treatment will add another couple thousand. For example, a simple nerve block will cost your three thousand dollars. Anyone interested in visiting this clinic, should first consult the clinics in Bellingham Washington. It's simply a thirty minute drive from Vancouver, and you'll pay half the price for the same treatment. If you are suffering from pain. Then I would suggest Dr Helene Bertrand in North Vancouver. Your MSP will cover the nerve block/cortisone injection. And the wait time is only one week!
I had a CT scan here and I was very satisfied
I am writing this to all the people out there considering having breast argumentation from Dr Rai. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I had a breast augmentation from Dr Rai. in September 2010. After my surgery my recovery was not normal and I would meet with him to discuss the pain and the concerns. Dr Rai would either brush me off by telling me "its scar tissue keep massaging" it will get better! When that did not work he decided to prescribe me medication that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Almost 2 years later, an ultra sound proved that he had left a tube inside me that was 15cm long and 6mm wide. Even when Dr. Rai received this report which clearly stated there was a tube inside of me, he denied any wrongdoing and, I believe, tried to trick me into thinking that it was a folded implant that he could fix with another surgery. I truly believe that Dr. Rai was lying to me and trying to trick me into having a further surgery so that he could remove the tube and conceal his mistake. The reason I believe this is because Dr. Rai was unaware that the ultra sound technician had already told me there was a tube inside me. He was actually going to charge me to pay for another surgery so that he could remove the tube and I truly believe he was lying to me in the hopes of being able to hide his mistake. I went to another doctor and had the tube removed as I was not going to trust my body to Dr. Rai again. I filed a lawsuit against him to recover my medical expenses and lost wages. I also wanted other women to know about this so they could avoid the terrible experience I had. If you want to review the case you can go to the Vancouver Registry and look up file number S125783.
not worth the money
Delivered to these ppl and received at 3-4 % tip... gross.
I have been trying to reach the clinic by phone two days in a row - Jan 14, 2020 and 15th. The first time the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Today the phone message came on at 8:30 am tell me that the clinic was now closed and opens at 7:00 am. This is Wednesday. I can only assume that the office staff does not check the phone system to make sure it is operating correctly. Sheesh!!
Two surgeries here for deviated septum and tonsillectomy. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care I received. Dr. Javer is an amazing doctor, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, personable and caring. Follow-up was thorough and excellent.
Amazing surgeons, convenient location. A few parking lots within steps so not sure what the issue with finding parking is. Had an amazing surgical experience here.
The Executive Health Care Plan is one of the best I've ever seen in Canada! The doctors genuinely care about their patients and they spend as much time as needed to properly diagnose each situation. My doctor (Dr. Venter) carefully researches every issue, shares the information with me and calls me to follow up on any prescriptions. Anytime I've needed anything, the attentive front staff, nurses or doctors are available. I'm grateful I found this clinic!
Although the service is quite expensive, I was suitably impressed when they had my radiologist report completed and delivered to my physician within two business days! On the down side, I was unable to get my questions answered prior to the appointment for my prostate MRI. Finally, they were very professional and answered all of my questions during my appointment. Additionally, the imaging with the 3T MRI machine was high resolution and the results surpassed my expectations.
Dr Mark Godly and Dr Heran are da Bomb!
Knee surgery there in April, awesome experience and great outcome, highly recommend it. Back playing tennis and normal life in less than 2 mos vs a year if I waited . Kudos to the Centric team.
Hope to get in to get surgery on my spine. First consultation did not go well with constant interruptions. Will give them a second chance.
Went in for a nerve block procedure for my lower back, Guided injection. I'm petrified of needles. The procedure was near painless thanks to Dr. Burrill and his wonderful supporting staff. They kept me in check and made sure I was treated well before and after the procedure. Thanks Guys!
They refused to see me due to not being a Canadian resident or a permanent visa holder. This is after collapsing several times and being in need of an urgent MRI and neurology appointment. Pretty disgusting, where is the duty of care to people in need of medical assistance? When I told the news to the nurses at my local Doctor's office they exchanged a look of disgust. My sentiments exactly.
The is the best facility in the country after seeing 3 Doctors who could not help me I found Dr Venter and his team at False Creek and they are the best in the country minimal wait times expert doctors who care and practice functional preventive health
Hard to find parking but the service is very good. Everyone was pleasant, introduced themselves by name, explained every step they are doing, and made sure you are comfortable for the procedure. For the amount of money I paid for an MRI, got an appointment within the week, and no less than six staff helped me during the process, add the cost of the equipment, their office space, and the insurance they carry. The price was very reasonable. I would go back in a heart beat. Just for comparison sake, the normal wait for MRI in BC's system is somewhere between nine month to a year and half.
I had a shoulder surgery there. The nurse did not weigh me in which is kinda useful for things like anesthesia. They did not spend the 2 minutes before surgery to even shave my shoulder area, so I've cursed them out every time I change my bandages and rip chunks of hair out. They even put a strap across my hairy chest! Thanks guys. I was rushed out of the recovery area...like maybe 25 minutes after I woke up or so. Lots of important information was relayed to me 15 minutes after I awoke from surgery, which was not written on paper and I had to call back in later to receive. Once home, I realize that despite the beautiful facility with all the sculptures and signed artwork hanging all around the place; they sent me home with the ABSOLUTE cheapest and most useless arm sling one can imagine. Because I've had shoulder problems for 20 years, I know what a good sling is like, but their sling gives me 95% mobility; has no padding; has one strap; has 2 square inches of velcro attachment, which fails after 24 hours; and the velcro attachment happens right at my neck area which feels "great" while trying to sleep. This facility obviously loves to lavish money on its doctors and working environment, but when it comes to their patients....it's rush rush rush while using the cheapest material and devices.
I would like to thank to all receptionists, nurses, surgeons and anesthesiologists who works at False Creek. They are amazing! They are very carrying, pay attention to details, they offered everything I needed before I asked, their hospitality at the top, they took my fear before surgery away. Thank you for your great job! Special thank you to Dr.Roberts and to anesthesiologist, who worked with me today!
They probably do not pay their doctors enough, while charging you as much as they can & hires untitled doctors like this guy. The epifany of greed & stupidity. (Bluntly steels & blames insurance for his lack of driving skills.) Would you really trust him with a scalpel? He cannot even avoid a pole when driving in a 2 lane street.
This place is absolutely awful, the staff is extremely rude. I spoke with Laura on the phone and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to, could not be bothered by the conversation and barley answered any of my questions and rushed me off the phone all she did was huff and puff the entire time. I do not know how she works in customer service? After that conversation I decided to go somewhere else no way was I going to go there with already having the worst experience over the phone. STAY AWAY
After I was there early for a MRI appt., and a IV placed in my arm , they cancelled my appt. rebooked for another week. Then the nurse was in a hurry, placed the IV incorrectly into my arm and now a week later I still have a large bruise there. Not happy at all.
Dr Burrell was awesome. The nerve blocks helped a lot
I had a great experience here for my tonsillectomy. Victoria was my post op nurse and she deserves to be recognized for how amazing she is! She kept me calm and entertained while waiting to be released. She is funny, professional and great at her job. In the short time I got to spend with her I could tell she is such a golden light! Everyone in the office was caring and professional but Victoria went the extra mile to make my surgery day run as smoothly as possible. Thank you!
All around the worst experience ever! Overcharged me. Did a horrible job. Went with dr rai for Botox and lip injections. Agreed on a price. Was than told after procedure there was an additional 300 on my procedure. (Consultation) reception made a mistake and called me multiple times thinking I still ow
False Creek Clinic Feedback: 1. Would suggest that all patients receive 2 sets of dressings and saline solution before leaving. It is a very minor expense. However, it can be an issue for patience to purchase the correct required dressing and saline solution right after surgery. 2. We were up since about 4:00 am. We arrived at the False Creek Clinic at 6:30 am as requested. There was nobody there at the False Creek Clinic till 7:00 am. A nurse was kind enough to let us in before 7:00 am. She had a pass for the front door and the elevator, but no key to open the gates on the 6th floor. We had to sit on the window ledge in the entrance to the building for nearly ½ hour. 3. The entrance to the False Creek Clinic Garage was open at 6:30 am. We were able to park in the building garage all the time – we paid for parking till 6:00 pm. We did not need to park on the street for 2 hours, and then move the car into the building garage.
Lousy customer service
Cardiac CT Scan Even though I paid $1800 for the procedure that the public system would have taken upwards of 12 months to complete...I am very happy with my treatment. The nurse who took care of me was gentle, informative and very thorough. The technician running the CT scan was very professional. Overall I'm happy with the service I received. DL Fort Langley, BC
Dr. Heran performed my back surgery in September, 2015. Prior to that, I was in constant pain and suffered numbness in my feet when I walked for more than 10 minutes. It's now more than 4 years later and I'm painfree. I'm so grateful. By the way, the cost of my surgery was less than 20% of what a US surgeon quoted me for the surgery. Thank you, Dr. Heran and staff.
I am very disappointed with the level of service received from FSH.
They got me in to see a surgeon for a consult write away. but from there it went bad .
Flew over from Island for appointment hard to find were the office in building is,
I had been in severe pain down both legs for just under 2 years. I tried a procedure in the US that didn’t work. In April of last year I phoned the Clinic and was given an appointment with Dr. Heran. I met him and the Anesthesiologist. I was given an appointment for 2 was later. He explained about the stenosis in my spine, the worst being the L3&4. I had gotten an mri in the US 2 months previously. The surgery was very successful the pain in my legs was gone. I was told not to lift anything for 6 was and to use common sense. I am 75 yrs old and couldn’t wait 2 more yrs for surgery. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Doctors to anyone. Sincerely Judy Tidman
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Helper, he took the time and had the patience to figure out what Doctors in the public system were unable to. He saved my life. Dr Helper is the definition of a great doctor. Andrea who runs his office is also fantastic. The level of care here is unparalleled to any public medical (MSP) experience I have had, and I’ve had more than my share. My only regret was not seeing him sooner. Thank you Dr. Helper and Andrea!
I was scheduled for CT scan with a contrast. The first technician poked my hands twice and was not able to locate a vein. He called a nurse who looked at my hands and said that she did not see any veins and I should come another day after I had drunk more water. She made no attempt to put an IV needle. I requested another technician/nurse since by then I already had one cup of liquid down. The third nurse tried her best and could not find a vein. She made 2 attempts. From the beginning I explained the nursers / technicians that I have deep veins and blood tests take usually 2 or 3 technicians one more that one try. I also explained that anytime I have surgery or I am ina hospital and need IV, I never have a problem. The hospital stuff and surgery stuff explained that they have better knowledge and experience, hence no trial and error IV experience. At this clinic, every attempt included poking a needle in my arm and wiggling it looking for vein. To make the long story short, the the first nurse came back and asked me to "take my money and leave" ( I paid for the procedure already) and "have a good life". They made no attempt to find a competent nurse and blamed me on having uncooperative veins. I asked the nurse for her name but she has refused to respond. She was not wearing scrubs or any medical uniform. Needless to say, I got a full refund, and left the place with 4 pokes in my arms and a full cup of medical liquid in my stomach. I am 60 years old and it has never happened that the nurse/technician was not able to draw blood or inject an IV. How is that for a service? I would like to hear back from the management team. I am looking for another private clinic in Lower Mainland but so far, I did not find this particular procedure being offered anywhere. I am afraid to go back and face more abuse and incompetence. Can any of you in this clinic help? I am dreading getting back there without an assurance that I will be taken care off - the above ordeal has taken 2 hours.
I have had such a nice experience with this clinic. Thank you Aimee and Dr. Danny Mendelshon for your help.
Disgraceful. The surly reception staff were unable to coordinate a series of simple appointments for me and my family, and as a result we ended up spending hours in the waiting room between appointments. They also couldn’t manage to coordinate bills, so we had at least six separate financial transactions for a family of four. During one procedure, the clinician went on at length about his racist and offensive political views. It took them six months to provide a written medical report for one family member; ten months later, two family members still haven’t received theirs. And neither have we received accurate billing statements, despite repeated requests. Are they incompetent or hiding something in their billing? And as if that all weren’t enough, they are very expensive. But don’t take my word for it. Read the other reviews (as I clearly should have done). The pattern of customer contempt is clear. FAIL.
This is NHS quality at an outrageous cost Bad scheduling causing one hour wait with little or no explanations , total lack of empathy to a nervous patient, lack of response to complaints.
This is the second time I have had a cervical surgery in the past 10 years, I couldn’t be more pleased with the way I was treated by all staff and Doctors My last surgery, a C6-7 disc replacement was performed by Dr Heran with 100% success, I have been at home now for almost 2 weeks and every day keeps getting better, I am completely pain free and would recommend False Creek Medical Clinic to anyone, from the moment that I first contacted Laura and met with Dr Heran all my concerns and questions were answered. A big thanks to Doctor Heran, Laura and all the False Creek staff. Job well done. Kevin Hoy
Went for an MRI for which I paid 2000.00. I was told it was better equipment and excellent service. Wrong. I was told to remove my wedding rings by the receptionist who really did not even know they didn’t have to be removed. I was not able to get my ring back on. After that the receptionist asked the Dr who said they did not have to be removed. All this happened in a waiting room. Come On!, I had to go upstairs in the elevator then back down with the needle in my arm. Everyone and everything was so unorganized. Will not go there again. Small town clinics have better service than this without a fee. Very disappointed. Horrible experience.
Stay away from this place, the staff there are miserable and give no help at all. The reception talks so loudly about their personal life it is so inappropriate. The doctor's secretaries are so unfriendly and never have a smile on their face especially Laura Dr. Heran's secretary. No one EVER answers the phone, so how do you expect to get patients?? Don't waste your time or money at this place. I will never step foot into that place again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never ever go to False Creek Healthcare Centre.
Dr. Fineman is an excellent and very thorough Doctor who really cares about he patients. Would return anytime.
I visited this facility two days ago for a neck ct. From the initial phone call with Jade to my check-in with VIcky and Mandy to bloodwork and IV insertion with Lindsay to the actual scan with Jun, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. I suffer from severe anxiety and every single person I encountered at False Creek Healthcare was extremely kind, understanding and professional. I felt like these people really cared about me and wanted to make the experience as easy on me as possible. The facility itself is very clean and really nice, I would rather come here than get a procedure done at a hospital any day. Vicky and Mandy were absolute sweethearts, and incredibly efficient. Mandy made sure she had all the contact info for the doctors I wanted my results sent to, and she was so helpful and nice. Vicky was incredibly warm and reassuring, telling me over and over that it was going to be okay and not to worry. Jun, who performed the scan, was very thorough in explaining everything to me and made sure to ask if I was okay and if I needed anything every step of the way. He even requested my results STAT because he knew how worried I was. I was seen the day after phoning for an appointment, and less than 24 hours later, Mandy had faxed my results. Today, I went to see the doctor who ordered the test (today was the day after the scan) in hopes that they would have the results, which they didn't. I expected this since I knew that typically results tom a couple of days, but I knew FCH was aware of my anxiety, so I phoned them to see if there was any way to find out when I could get my results as I was panicking really badly. Even though it hadn't even been a full day, Mandy told me that she had already faxed the results the day before, which meant that my results were in the same day my scan was done. I told Mandy I had just been to the clinic and that they did not have the results, so she promptly sent them again, and I went back to the doctor. This time they found them (both the most recent retry and the original from the previous day), and it was good news, which was a huge relief. But the fact that my results were in the same day, and that the staff moved so quickly to make sure they sent them a second time, just amazes me. Mental health is not taken seriously by many medical professionals and mental illness is still so stigmatized, but my experience with FCH was one of acceptance and kindness towards me and my mental health issues. My peace of mind, the treatment I received and the overall experinece, as well as the lightening fast results thanks to the kind and competent staff made this one hundred percent worth the $700 price tag. Honestly. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. It is exceptionally well-run by people who care about what they do and care about their patients, and the patient experience. I would recommend FCH to anyone needing top notch diagnostic care.
Everything about the experience was fantastic. Down to the front desk, nurse and doctors. They made you feel relaxed and in good hands. If I found out I needed more surgeries I would definitely go here.
I had a cardiac MRI done. The guy placed the leads on me, left the room and came back and removed them. He then started all over again. Like he just stepped out to look at a textbook to see if they were in the right place? He said they were paying doctors too much to come and do it, so he does it now. Which is fine, if he's doing it right, and perhaps he is. I can only speak to how things went for me and I did question it. A nurse was there when the leads were placed on because my breast was exposed (of course professional), but she wasn't there when it was exposed again to remove the leads. This is inconsistent. The day before my MRI, Mandy (Admin Assistant) called an hour before my doctors office closed claiming they didn't have my creatinine results. My doctor's office (and later the hospital whom I also had to call), both said the results were faxed. The problem wound up being that the fax number on their blood work request form isn't the fax number for the MRI department. False Creek is clearly suffering financially. The MRI room has cheap, dingy lighting. The same kind Sears had before they went bankrupt. The ceiling tiles are painted navy blue, obviously to hide staining and because they can't afford new tiles. I just hope to hell someone there can read my MRI properly. Especially if the leads weren't on correctly. If results are accurate, I'm glad I had the $ to do this regardless.
All the staff were wonderful. They put me at ease. Was a very positive experience.
This is the fourth session I've had with Dr's Helper and Yee and the nerve block procedure has been successful beyond my highest expectations. It's four years from my initial treatment and I've been able to go progressively longer between treatments with virtually no pain. I've been treated kindly by the staff and my wait times are always very reasonable for a medical facility. I was fortunate to have my GP direct me to them.
Avoid. Showed up on time for appointment and waited 1/2 hour. No explanation / no apology. Forgot to order test. They don't return phone calls. Have been trying to reach for over a month. Seems to be a common complaint. Unbelievable that they can't fix it. Must be easy business to operate in. Ignore your customers and stay in business...amazing.
I had an awful medical experience at False Creek Healthcare- Diagnostics. Paying private clinic rates (i'm a non-resident with no msp to go through public system) for a pelvic MRI and received incompetent and unprofessional care every step of the way. The nurse who was taking my blood and setting up an IV for contrast dye was ungrounded and incompetent. She commenced setting up my IV without all the necessary parts which resulted in bloid everywhere and agony as she tried to stop my blood flow as a colleague fetched and opened the forgotten piece of IV set up. The blood she took before the IV was set up was to test my kidney function before they can proceed with pumping dye into my bloodstream. She told me the bloid machine wasn't working and she needed more blood from my other arm. This time she jabbed a syringe into my left arm and i'm unsure if she missed the vein but it hurt like hell (more than any other blood i've had taken, and that's quite a lot!) and she managed to get only a small amount of blood. She then says the other machine didn't work either and they might need to cancel my MRI. In the meantime, I'm freezing from the strong air-conditioning, can't feel my hands, listening to staff members talk about office politics, have been fasting from mid morning and the mri is an hour delayed. Not only had I lost confidence in the nurse taking my blood, she doubts her comotence abd doesn't want to take my blood a third time and asks the MRI technician to do it for her. Nurse calls for someone on a different floor to come and help her with the blood testing machine. Third blood extraction is used by a surgical staff with the blood machine. And it works. Going into the MRI, i knew what to expect as I've had two before. But what I didn't expect was the technician suggesting my years of pelvic pain was gas and the IV contrast dye leaking out in the middle of the MRI scan. Currently unable to access my MRI report from two weeks ago due the unworkable password encrypted system they use. And I've received no response from management about this experience. Suffice to say, I don't recommend False Creek Healthcare Diagnostics.
Dr. Kang is alright but rests on her laurels more than anyone I've ever met. Her receptionist, Jessica, is absolutely awful! She can't be bothered to answer the phone or return calls or write down anything you say. Which has resulted in payments being messed up, appointments not getting scheduled and just a general frustration. For what this place charges you'd think they could staff with polite competent people.
I would like to thank all the staff on the 6th floor that took care of me on Wed. I had such a great experience after being so nervous about my surgery. Aimee, who brought me upstairs, the admitting clerk, Tes, my admitting nurse, the anesthesiologist, for making me so relaxed, the OR nurse, the recovery nurse, Lorna, the discharge nurse who spent so much time explaining everything and a big thank you to Dr Kherani for being so caring and doing such a fantastic job. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name, but a big thank you to all of you.
