Worse place ever to get any help so ever with mental health issues , doctors all have controvers opinions , they make patients worse of even more they break parents down and make them feel there the problem they over medicated children ....they should have investagation done on so many cases causes I would not be suprise they are responsable for multiple suicide or crime done by patients that was not proper diagnose ...the gouverment should close them.down or do a serious clean up of that hospital

The one guy who actually did anything useful there got the important part of his job taken from him. One of the worse places. They do not follow the law, they do whatever they please, it's dirty and unsanitary, and their staff are disrespectful and arrogant. The doctors are full of themselves and do not know how to do their job properly, the psychologists are discriminatory and prejudiced. No one in this building actually takes the time to listen to any of the kids and nothing they say matters to them. This place is a lot more like a prison than it is a hospital. When a kid goes there, depressed, suicidal, and isolated, they don't try to comfort this kid. They don't try to make them feel welcomed and cared about. They put the kid in a room with a bed, by themselves, with no form of entertainment, and have someone sit at their door watching their every move silently. The kid eats alone in their room and isn't even allowed to go to the bathroom by themselves. Tell me how that will help them.

If I could leave a "ZERO" star I would. There is no adequate communication between hospital staff and parents; a young female child was left in the care of a single male attendant for AN ENTIRE DAY, who failed to provide basic care (i.e. no one told the girl where the washrooms were and she was too terrified to ask, so did not go ALL DAY). Staff are rude, abrasive and unprofessional. This place should be closed or undergo SIGNIFICANT legal / provincial scrutiny.

Please explain to me how locking up a depressed and suicidal person in her room for days with no form of entertainment is helpful. The social worker and psychiatrist I met are rude, do not respect confidentiality. Don’t waste your time there.

I agree to do another assessment to understand and have the necessary services for my son now at 17/8 months. Assessment result = mild to moderate intellectual disability Intellectual development disorder Presence of significant autistic traits (an assessment is recommended for the autism spectrum) We were deprived of school resources, tools to answer our son's daily life. Je suis totalement en désaccord. Je ne suis pas d’accord avec les conseils et encore moin du bilan de l’évaluation. Je connais mon fils et je sais très bien qu’ils a des difficultés à la maison ainsi que à l’école. Mon fils ne présente aucun problème d’un ados en opposition ils présente des comportements immatures. Non je ne suis pas médecin et non plus psychologue part conte je vie mon quotidien avec mon fils. Je m’engage à refaire une autre évaluation pour comprendre et avoir des services nécessaires pour mon fils maintenant rendue à 17 ans /8 mois. Résultat de l’évaluation = handicap intellectuel de niveau léger a modéré Trouble du développement intellectuel Présence de traits autistiques importants ( une évaluation est recommandé pour le spectre d’autisme) Nous avons été privé de ressource scolaire, d’outils pour répondre aux quotidiens de notre fils. A very bad place to put family especially if you only speak English . I have a 21 year old that went there and every days she got worse. I never speak to a doctor and the staff never gave informative, and were discriminating against me. As a mother I was crying everyday to see her like that. It's like she's in a prison. I wish I can find a place I can find I help don't know what to do.

If I had a single wish, it would be to never have known this place. I met with a psychiatrist for one hour, following my doctor's recommendation. I was drinking heavily due to a recent breakup, and supporting my family financially. My driver's license was revoked (after 13 years of impeccable driving) because she decided to report this behavior to SAAQ. I lost my new job because of this, and still can't fulfill all my current functions because my license is limited to cars with breathalysers, So, having ravaged my life, and making me apprehend every psychological resource I encounter, Avoid this place.

Prejudice,rule breakers,poor-small facilitiy.On a contract basis that should go to someone else now..Complaints have been filed with the harrasmnet bureau of Quebec --but a year late ...nothing. Reviws on the net show they are not .....They donot give the children lawyers ect...law what law?!
