I am not one to post online reviews, however I cannot accept that the sole rating for Dr. Boksman and the Limestone Clinic is a single star. My patient experience dates back to 2015. In Dr. Boksman I have found a patient advocate as well as an insightful, empathetic counsellor. I cannot bear to think of the path that my life would have taken had we not met. I sincerely recommend the Limestone Clinic.

I loved coming here until my therapist left and they never told me. I called to make an appt and they told me that he not longer worked there and that unless I planned on coming a minimum of 1-2x a week, they weren't interested in helping me. Why there is a requirement, I am not sure but it was off-putting to say the least. Therapy should be on the time of the client, not the therapist.

For new or potential clients expecting services to be covered by insurance, be sure to get Limestone Clinic to provide you with appropriate paperwork up front and that your services are provided by a staff member who is fully qualified. It took a lot of stressful back-and-forth via phone and email to get appropriately completed receipts from this clinic before our costs were eligible for reimbursement from our insurance plan. Should've been much simpler.

Don't book here. Your care is not their priority. Very disappointed in the lack of disclosure and professionalism of this clinic. We have a child with an urgent treatment need and have been in contact with this clinic for over a week. We could have gone elsewhere but they said they could get us in right away. They scheduled us for a parent intake early next week and promised a very-soon-after appointment for our child. I paid to reschedule a flight so I could be present for the intake, and the appointments upcoming formed part of my child's critical care plan for the coming weeks. They just called us to cancel and try to bump us over a month, stating they decided to do renovations to the space the counselor was going to use. VERY unprofessional and showing absolutely no regard for their patients or families they work with. Now we need to find another clinic on short notice.

Oriented on making money the fastest possible; taking advantage on the most vulnerable people...those whom brain do not function as it should be. She is cold like ice, no emotions. I suggest that you avoid this practice go to see Dr Harris instead.
