The staff are very nice and considerate.. The clinic is really spacious and it’s good with the Physical and Social distancing protocol with Covid-19. Dr. Arruj is really attentive to patients needs.. Which most doctors nowadays are always in a hurry to see their next patient..

I went there this summer feeling absolutely terrible with awful morning sickness where I hadn't kept anything down in weeks, days since water. I saw Dr. Arruj since I had recently moved here from Edmonton and hadn't found a family physician here yet. He was very rude, made me feel even worse then I already did and prescribed me anti nasuea meds without asking any other questions about how I was doing, didn't check blood pressure or anything. Absolutely awful. I will never go back here, and I hope he doesn't treat all his parents with such a dismissive and uncaring manner.

SHOE THIEF ........My shoes were stolen, I had to walk bare foot from the clinic to the car. Don't take off your shoes if you do carry them with you inside.

Dr. Arruj has been my doctor for 8 years and I would not change for anything. His business has become alot busier since the River City Center start, but his professionalism and details he takes with his patients far outweighs the bit of wait time occasionally (for which I rarely have a long wait). The front end has changed considerably and the team is definitely not the team from River City. His long time receptionist moved onto before this new transition and she was the tops. No matter how busy. It is what it is and the front end isn't taking care of my health, so a call or check in without the great welcoming feel that his previous receptionist had is ok as you only have to talk or see them for a few minutes or mere seconds. Without a doubt the best doctor, especially during these times of medical cutbacks etc. He cares, he's compassionate and if he can't figure it out, there's no playing around. Off you go to a specialist. You want 5+ star medical attention, he's the doctor.

CLINIC IS THE BEST ! They clean and sanitize everything . For appointments, The waiting time is okay i understand if it take longer as it only means that the doctor is taking their time for each patient and I make sure to go there and be ready for the consequence of being a "walk in patient" because i was told that some days they have only one doctor (like today for my friend ) . And the receptionist was nice and explain to me that the doctor is behind even though i do have an appointment.

I think is very disrespectful when you come to a doctor's clinic feeling very sick and there is a radio station playing in the hallway so loud that makes you feel even worse. I thing that a doctors clinic should be a quiet place, reason why people are not allowed to use phone to make phone calls for example. I am speechless. Please, who ever manages this clinic, turns off this radio station. There is some very sick people that comes to this clinic.

almost sickening service from the front desk attendants.. never once will you ever call in and not be put on hold.. which is fine i understand things get busy.. its the fact i waited on hold for over half a hour to speak with someone.. then she told me "i just need to put you on hold for a quick second to open your file" 30 minutes later i walk into the office still on hold and she had totaly disregarded my call and moved onto the next person., well the 2 other ladys just sat there and chatted. Constantly see and hear of other, and have plenty of my own negative expetiances at this location.

This place is giant joke! I couldn’t get in to see my family doctor, so I opted to book an appointment here to get my prescriptions filled. A few weeks ago I went in before my appointment time, checked in with the front desk staff, then was asked to take a seat and wait. Standard procedure. I waited for over an hour, while walk-ins were in and out. I went to the front and politely asked what the hold up was and the lady laughed it off and the reply was that they are going to call me into the room shortly. They did. Then it was nearly another hour long wait in the room. This is for an appointment that lasted all of two minutes. No joke. They knew I was booking to just get prescriptions filled, as many do. Today was the cherry on top. I’m writing this review as I patiently await being called in the room to wait again to see the doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 11:40 this morning and now it is 1:56 in the afternoon. The best part is that they “closed” at 1 today, yet, walk-ins still proceed. In and out. Thanks for your unprofessionalism, guys. Super appreciated by this community! I am beyond repulsed.

Clean, pristine clinic. Efficient friendly professional staff! The doctor ( South African) an absolute delight! Amazing patient doctor skills, and thorough ! Came out of there wishing that was my family doctor office better treatment there than my actual family doctor!

Dr Arruj is an amazing doctor . However the clinic is poorly run , terrible time management. Consistently waiting an hour and half passed pre booked / SCHEDULED appointments every time, not just a one off . Have also showed up for appointments that have been cancelled , Front desk staff lying , stating they “ called twice and left a voicemail “ With no record of it on my phone whatsoever - and yes they have my correct information. If it wasn’t for Dr Arruj being amazing I would switch clinics .

This place is an absolute joke. Called to see if they accept walk ins and was told yes until 6pm. Asked the question if there was a cut off time to show up and the receptionist said "no, as long as your here before 6". Arrived at 5:30 and they said cut off was 4pm and the doctor seen his quota of patients today.... come back tomorrow.

Dr Rues is been my doctor since he showed up in Fort McMurray, best doctor I ever had ,In saying that his girls working the front counter especially one is very rude puts you on hold dosnt even tell you or ask when you bring it up to her she's even worst know her face but not her name.wish she would just go away the rest I find pleasant. Best clinic in Fort McMurray.
