I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly, took all the information she required, and proceeded to ask me mental health questions over the phone (a privacy matter for those of us who work and have to make calls while working). She then referred me to their walk-in hours (then why did I need her to make an appointment?) between the hours of 1 and 4 (which is convenient for doctors, but no one who actually works for a living.) I'd love to get treatment that isn't at the convenience of the facility and where I am treated as a patient rather than a customer. This is not the place.

Receptionist constantly get dates wrong. One counselor missed 3 appointments that I showed up to. One of the doctors wouldn't even consider talking to me about 1 appointment that I missed (just so happened to be in the ER). Then I'm told that my case was closed. I never asked to be discharged, just that I didn't want to see that particular counselor. I'm thinking that most of this was the fault of the receptionist. If I make a mistake I own up to it. I really wish other staff members would do the same because I actually liked the doctor.

They have to many people for each counselor. The same with the psychiatrist. Toooo crowded. I don't like the environment anymore. Is a shame cause I love my psychiatrist and counselor.
