When my son was there they didn’t see him for 15 hours and plus the children shouldn’t just have a nurse go around with out asking how are the doing they suck there wouldn’t go back there again

Very rude on the phone and completely unprofessional. I got rushed off the talk for wanting to talk to my brother. Very sad that these people sign up and train for this job but don't want to complete it.

The staff here are rude, lazy, and don't do there jobs right. They give me several injections without sterilizing and without a court order or reason.

Horrible experience!!!!! Waited hours just to be seen. Had to sleep on two chairs, disgusting"food". They wont even let you have coffee!

Very compassionate, and most importantly, they listened to me as a patient and validated my experiences. I moved up from PA and found myself in a pickle... nobody in the area would prescribe the meds I had been stable on for 20 years. I went into crisis and they were truly a lifesaver.

Worst experience of my life, took my daughter here for help and psychiatric Dr’s made matters worst, place is filthy, mattresses on the floor and during Covid staff was not wearing mask, if I could give it zero stars I would.
