Well hopefully your child is not in crisis when you call. Extremely grumpy and incompetent intake workers. A very long wait. They didn't get the number right on the return call. Weeks later they call back. They obviously don't deal with autistic children on a regular basis or they would know how horribly managed the intake was was a student of that caliber. My son does not want to return. Nor do I. Again, health care that supports the needs of the workers above the children they serve. Good Lord.

extremely long wait time to even speak to someone. Finally connected when they called while I was at work to tell me that they need to find out if I meet the "criteria" and that if I was not able to speak at the moment then there is no guarantee that they will call again. Is there only one person that works there? It seems so as Tanu mentioned that she is often on the phone and cannot set a time to speak about meeting "criteria" Simply frustrating. There is a reason that parents will take the time to search and contact places like this. Maybe there should be more than one person available to speak with persons when they call. Just a suggestion.....

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! AMAZING PERSON???????? This Employee (Leanna) is really the definition of a gentlewoman as well as professional. Please follow up regarding a child in the behavioural program being yelled at. It's worse if that's a worker but even a parent...There were other children present. Seriously, yelling at a kid in a behavioural program??
