Dear physicians and patients, Glad to write this review so that the readers can avoid possibly their most unpleasant and nastiest experience in advance. Please kindly stay away from this place by all means as much as you can. There are many normal and good places elsewhere in GTA which listen to patients' voices and needs not necessarily proactively but quite normally with humanely helping mind, and don't spare their professional abilities and efforts for their patients while manifesting the values of Hippocratic Oath. Miscommunication, incompetence, negligence, rudeness, nonsense, dishonesty, disrespects and abuse, instead of healing and comforts, are common here, and believe it or not, even sudden threatening could easily happen anytime here for no reasons. They definitely need to get diagnosed, and have themselves treated and cured first before trying to accept and treat patients. Incredibly bizarre, worst and even unsafe and dangerous. It's shame that they operate the business in that way.

The services themselves I found to be excellent, but the receptionist (a younger girl so not the same one complained of in another review) was so rude and unprofessional that my first and last impression of this place was a really bad one. The pay parking system is also a pain and not user friendly.
