I was lucky to get in for a pap test here on short notice. The staff were all pleasant, kind and caring. Roz made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I used to pay for pap test at STD clinic on Quadra because I didn't have a family doctor and it was an awkward environment, almost like a production line get you in and out without addressing concerns. I highly recommend Esquimalt urgent and primary care and will continue to go there for any issues they deal with. Note:this is not a walk in clinic.

I've been the plenty walk in clinics and this one is by far one of the best! They don't make you wait in line or wait at the clinic all day, you can simply call for a walk in appt. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this clinic, I felt very taken care of.

5-star service but heads up, don't bother trying to drop by on your lunch break. They close from 12:00 to 1:00 but don't mention it anywhere on their website or phone messages about their hours.

Wonderful clinic! We were visiting from BC and had to get a print-out of our negative COVID results and they did it right away! When I picked them up, I saw a sticker saying “harm reduction friendly” which is wonderful. We need more clinics and teams to operate with this approach. Thanks, team!
