Appointment at 1 pm we arrive at 12:50 and wait till 1:53 to get into the doctors room. While I do admit they squeezed us in waiting over an hour for a 15 hour procedure isn't ideal. Doctor did a great job but service was mediocre 2.75/5

The Doctor is very good. But the women that work in the front are very rude. They don't have phone manners. One of them even started yelling at me before I even had a chance to explain what i was calling for. Never going back again.

Do not go to see this woman. She is rude and unprofessional.she would put you down and make you feel bad about yourself. Even just as a person she is very unpleasent

Dr. Vinod Gandhi is a very kind and patient doctor. Always feel comfortable discussing my problem with him. Only downside is the parking and very long wait times. Many times I’ve waited an hour past my appointment time.

Reception is really rude. Hung up the phone on me. Iam pretty sure they need to under stand if iam calling for my child iam already going through alot. And need someone that can talk to me properly. Dr Gandhi please get a new Reception. Dr herself is very good

Dr Priya Gandhi is very rude. Cuts off every time when someone talks. And books in for one hour and ends meeting in 15 minutes . Doesn’t care what patient talks or try to say. She will talk and end the meeting. I don’t recommend to anyone

Rude receptionists and super unorganized..most medical receptionists are these days because they seem to have some sort of power as the "gatekeepers" to people's health. Super lazy, rude and won't even call to confirm an appointment, sometimes don't check faxes and don't even know they booked appointments. Doctors are on their own high horse with quick 30 sec to 2 min call or in person appointments. They shouldn't forget, we the tax payers, pay for your services. So provide service and get off your pedestals because some of us..our time is even more valuable than yours. These doctors are in a hurry to make money off the next patient, not to help people!

Dr Ghandi helped me a lot with evaluating my problems. She patiently listened to me, never judged, always understanding, sympathetic, and kind. She always gave full attention and a box of tissues. Reccomend her fullheartedly. One great lady.
