Says walkins accepted on their sign out front, but good luck with trying to get one, the lady behind the till was quite rude and suggested I go to the emergency room to get a prescription refilled, the waiting room was empty but there was no way she could fit me in, so her best try was to tie up the emergency room, good advice ....

The doctors in the clinic are decent however they have no idea how much their lack of prior notification effects their clients. They goto conferences or on vacation without telling clients ahead of time and then when patients who need medication refills get angry or upset when the reception or nursing staff refuse to fit them in with other doctors they ask the patients to find other doctors. I'd recommend driving to Japan before I'd recommend going to this clinic.

While the doctors here are wonderful. The ladies (maybe it's the same one) is very abrupt, cold and definitley makes you feel like you are a complete inconvenience. Why have a job like this if you have zero customer relation skills and make people feel awful for calling for an appointment.
