Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional everytime I go there. Ive been seeing a doctor there for over a year and I always have issues booking appointments. My ultrasound results werent a good enough reason to book an appointment and they said I would receive a call as that would be faster and more convenient. I still havent recieved a call, ive called back twice, both times receiving some very nasty attitude from the receptionist. Seeing as how ive had an extremely high risk pregnancy in my past, I think my results are a little bit important. I will be seeking a new doctor.

I don’t recommend you go to this clinic. Staff are inappropriate and nasty. Just to get an appointment, you’ll be on hold for an hour more and they book an appointment a week down the road. I had forms that needed to be filled out urgently so I contacted the medical records department at my old clinic, brought the consent to be filled out and where it needed to be sent. Staff did not send out the consent and insisted it is not her job to gather my medical records. I emailed a complaint and the manager insisted it is not their job to gather medical records and ordered me to do it myself. I was also ordered to be polite and respectful to staff ???? my walking out of the clinic to avoid confrontation was abusive. The “manager” emailed me asking me to come back and gather my medical records myself because this is not her job. It was a waste of time to go there at all. I don’t think they know what they’re doing and I absolutely do not trust them with my health.

Got same day appointment at the clinic. It was first time at the dawson creek clinic for us-very friendly environment. Dr. Nidaa helped us - she is very understanding,comforting & informed. She not only cleared the doubts we had but also gave us some advise and information on our concerns. Treatment and medication is what a doctor gives but when a doctor is comforting,friendly & calm , it's like a cherry on top of cake. Definitely going back to her if need be. Thank you Dr.Nidaa
