(I have Not, shown my bottom teeth in a smile in 30 years). I had a small filling done as well, was eating, pain FREE, by noon. Incredible, thank you ALL, SO much! Dr. Nygen is great. Nothing but professional, but my one star is for the cleaning that my daughter and i received from a hygienist. they are usually good, but this one did a "hack job" on my mouth. Never in my life have i come out of a place and just had raw pain and throbbing. My daughter complained too. The same hygienist worked on her for a bit, then went to me and did my whole treatment. Just awful. Makes me rethink going to this place for another cleaning. I'm usually on top of keeping my appointments up, but I have let them lapse. BIG part being that i do not want the chance of experiencing the pain i felt again. Hope they figure this out.

I haven't been to the dentist in more years than I care to remember. For about a week now I've had a toothache that just won't go away. I decided to call yesterday trying to get an appointment and they happily fit me in today. I ended up getting the first part of a root canal done with Dr.Walker and I can't say enough good things! She was so kind and gentle. Absolutely put my dentist anxiety at ease and I'm not worried about going back to finish the work that was started today. Highly recommended! From the moment I walked through the door everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Thank you Dr.Walker and team! ????????

Just left the office after having my first appointment. All I can say is WOW! I have very fragile teeth and have been to many dentist offices, very few could compare. The front desk staff greet you by name, the hygienist was amazing, walking you through steps and was so gentle. Standard x-rays and 360 x-ray were a breeze and Dr. Mark was very informative to future treatments with explanation as to the order of having it done. Definitely happy that we chose this office for family care!!!

Dawson Creek Dental Centre has friendly staff that make going to the dentist a nice experience. My four year old had a filling with freezing last week and they were so kind and caring that he was comfortable, and it was performed with zero problems. I would recommend them to friends, and have actually recommended them to my mother who just moved here.

Only dentist that was absolute happy to take me for an emergency during covid in the peace! Treated me extremely well, very pleasant (even with getting a tooth pulled). they had very very good cleaning and cleaning practices. They also were only allowing 1 patient in at a time which I thought was over the top awesome during these times. Would recommend to anyone. I’m from chetwynd and would happily make that drive so I’m switching dentists lol

We recently moved to Dawson Creek and had to find a dentist. We chose the Dawson Creek Dental Centre from the reviews online and we couldn't be happier. We have young children who hated going to the dentist before but Dr. Sevier was able to do a check up without a fight and they left with a smile. Two thumbs way up, we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I would like to draw attention to a situation that happened a month ago. My girlfriend had her wisdom teeth taken out July .22 by dr. Murray Fain, after 4 days both of her eyes were swollen, so she went back to the dentist complaining of the swelling and pain. She was told to keep taking Advil and it would heal. A week later she returned because the swelling was worse and the pain was unbearable. Once again she was told to keep up with the Advil and that everything was normal. It’s now been 2 weeks since the surgery. 5 days later the swelling had spread more and the pain was unbearable, she went to a walk in clinic and asked for something stronger than Advil, the doctor could not go over the dr murrays head and said there is nothing she can do. 2 days later I get a call my gf had fainted at work, hit her head and been taken to the hospital. The doctors found a massive infection that was spreading to her upper jaw and immediately put her on t3’s and antibiotics. So today dr Murray fain came up from his home in white rock to do a “check up.” He told my girlfriend that she was the one to blame and if she wanted to point any fingers, point them at herself (his words). She said, I came back twice and let you guys know the situation was getting worse. Once again, She left Dawson creek dental in tears.
