these people must of been paid to review this dude. Anyway this is my experience with this person named Dr. Tenuta.... So I broke my humerus in 2014 and Dr. Tenuta opted not to set my arm..... said it would straighten out as he had it wrapped while it CLEARLY was BENT. Turns out it didnt straighten out at all. As a result Ive Been living since then with constant NERVE pain in my entire right arm, frequent lack of circulation in my right arm due to a T-W-E-N-T-Y degree bend mid shaft causing the lower half of my arm to painful protrude backwards. Also my shoulder was never x-rayed at the clinic even though footage of the injury occurring was shown to him for reference and any doctor worth his salary would have thought “Hmm, the way that arm broke may have damaged the shoulder in some way.” Surprise! it did! been living with an unstable, weak shoulder since then as well due to a torn AC joint! Thanks a lot albany ortho my right arm is literally throbbing with angulated malunion nerve pain as i type this!

I was in such excruciating pain, and was able to be seen immediately that day. Doctor Tenuta was very understanding and ordered a knee immobilizer and pain meds which at least made things tolerable. MRI is scheduled, and will be happy to see him again to get answers. Even though I have to wait until testing to see what my issue is with my knee, he at least made me more comfortable. I high reccomend this doctor.

Joachim Tenuta Is a highly trained professional ortho doctor. I’m always treated with respect. I have not yet had surgery but Dr. Tenuta’s reputation proceeds him. He served at The West Point Military Academy at West Point New York in the orthopedics department. He Treated me with Synvisc injections into my knee that help prolong having surgery for two years Which I found very helpful. I am now going to schedule surgery for a torn muscles in my rotator cuff with him. I am confident he Will perform an excellent orthoscopic surgery for me

Dr. Tenuta was the only doctor who listened and fixed what was wrong . Another practice which I wont mention wanted me to have a full knee replacement or they wouldn't treat me. I didnt need that , I needed a doctor who knew what needed to be done. Dr. Tenuta fixed me up and I only had to take 2 weeks off from work to recover .
