They treat me like i dont exist..until now i still dont get what i want. Hard to get in touch with their phone and when you get a hold i dont know if she forward it to this doctor. I can observe he tends to forget! Less concentrated on me because i guess dr. Hugo think i dont need treatment and not dying and doesnt need help! Then why on earth im still not pregnant for 3yrs now. If anybody dealing the same with me contact me with this email and we will discuss what action we can take.

Feels like everytime you see him as if his worried about his time..the minute he start talking he's done!..he will not get back to you when whats the next procedure or need to be done, phoning his office your lucky if she will answer your call not to the machine. Slacky team!
