Now that the pandemic has permitted me to review my other health issues I was able to go back to see these Fantastic people who really take care of you. Of course upon arrival we had to wait outside as the number of clients allowed inside is limited, yet it is a good sign that they are busy and although our wait was not that long the staff came out twice to advise us that it wouldn't be long, made me feel like I mattered. Once inside how wonderful to be not only listened to but heard, Mme Helen Forget listened patiently to my story and showed genuine interest and care about my situation and gave me all the proper information on how to proceed and answered all my questions. I have worked with the public for 37 years and this is what I call Excellence in Service, Genuine freiendly and attentive you leave and are already looking forward to meeting them again. Great job, you make these type of uncomfortable necessities less awkward and even pleasant. Thank you very much.

Sometimes it’s difficult to get through via phone. When I visit the location Helen is very helpful and professional.It’s my second visit to the location after recently moving to the Area. I will certainly be returning in the future to purchase my CPAP supplies. The direct billing is especially helpful. Overall it’s been an excellent experience.

I needed my new mask as the dog found a chew toy, they had me set up in 45 min and the staff was awesome and friendly, the sanitation of the office and " Covid awareness and reapect" was way better then most places in town Thanks Jack

Took my bipap in well over year ago for repairs. It was sent for repairs and i was given a loaner machine. Called few times during year nobody knew what was happening. Finally after a year the loaner machine broke down and i was given a second loaner and told they were replacing my machine and i would get it shortly. After two months i was told machine not there yet due to purlator issues but would be in soon. Now it is two months later and still no machine. As i said over year and half and two loaners later... Still no machine. I dont understand? If they are replacing my old machine with new one why so long? To me it seems all you need to do is.take new one off shelf and ship it ??? Staff are nice but the service is horrible. Unfortunately no longer a sleep clinic in my town or I would try to go to another compamy for.service. a year and a half ...really bad.

Terrible service! They take your prescription and then don’t do anything with it. Calling into them you get Mississauga and put on hold automatically and that is usually 1/2 hour. Then you get the run around that the individual in Cornwall will call you back as soon as she is finished with a client. That doesn’t happen so you get to repeat the process again and again. Your better off the choke in your sleep than be subjected to the stress and run around they will give you.

As a client who is on ODSP, there is a lot of protocols that need to happen before being issued my cpap supplies and distilled water. This process can take a bit longer then usual due to having to wait for approval, however Helen and Jen go above and beyond to make sure they minimized wait time on their end. It can get frustrating waiting for my supplies and making multiple phone calls to follow up (with ODSP) AND Jen and Helen make sure that I get my supplies almost immediately after getting approval and they make the process as painless as possible. Plus they are super helpful and friendly.

I was unlucky to be diagnosed with sleep apnea during covid 19 in the last couple of years so making headway with the sleep lab was hard but thanks to Helen and Jennifer I will have a follow up in a couple of weeks to get a finalized prescription to get my own machine. They have worse than banking hours. They're open from 9-5 Monday-Friday, but closed between 12-1. In other words, if you have a job, you're going to have to take time off. Also, their selection is poor, but their knowledge of their selection is even worse.

Helen and Jennifer from VitalAire in Cornwall have been such a fantastic support for me for so many years when I was given a CPAP machine. 3 months ago I got COVID and spent 17 days in ICU. I almost died. When I was finally released from the hospital Jennifer from VItalAire was there at my home to bring the oxygen tank and explain to us how everything worked. She was so thorough and kind. At a time when we all were recovering from COVID we were able to call VitalAire and know that either Helen or Jennifer would be there to answer any questions and provide me with the best care possible. I wrote an article in the local news thanking everyone for helping me survive COVID where Helen and Jennifer were a big part of my recovery. We are truly thankful to have such amazing people.
