Fast track?.........id hate to see what it was like before it was called fast track.

Service is slow and outdated, belongs in the 1970s just like the building, mental health is not very accessible, needs more modern digital transfer infrastructure that is in tune with 21st century data relay, such as a more robust computer system, digital communications need to align with our current reality, I would recommend taking pictures with smartphone and relay that information with your doctor

Not a great place if you have to stay there. Most nurses don't seem to have the time of day for anyone, and have a superiority complex. But for appointments there, its pretty good. I was going there for treatments for 2 1/2 years and the nurses in Medical Daycare were amazing.

It's a hospital. Wait times can be ridiculous, but the staff are generally pleasant.

I went into anaphylactic shock after my birthday dinner and had to be rushed to this hospital on the verge of passing out. When we arrived there I was immediately taken into their care and the doctors and nurses were very fast + professional. They hooked me up to everything, kept me awake and essentially saved my life that night. They were very kind to me and my family while we stayed and I received all the necessary care.

Went to the 4th floor to see Dr. Lewis. I had to stand outside in the hallway between the doors for the surgery ward and the Mental Health ward. This doesn't seem very safe at the stage we are at with the pandemic. There were 4 of us in the hallway waiting, no chairs. Get called inside and there are 4 chairs in the office. This is not right, and didn't feel safe for me or the sick patients on the floor. Take out 2 chairs and bring the patients for Dr.Lewis inside.
