I found Dr. Richards to be a supportive, empathetic and very consistent therapist to work with. She was incredibly good at encouraging me, getting to know my strengths, and challenging me to also recognize positives. I was very impressed with her ability to reflect and provide support in a difficult time.

Dr. Richard's has helped me so much with my overall health and well being. She takes her professional responsibilities seriously and ensures to treat her clients with support and encouragement. Stabilization is very important to her and she listens intently and shines a light on your strengths when you may have forgotten you have any. She is patient and challenges you at the same time to continue to take those steps forward. She has challenged me to reclaim your life and helped give me the insight and skills to do it. I have really struggled with PTSD and Dr. Richard's has honestly been an advocate and life line for me. Cannot say enough about her!

Michael Connors

Did not spend 5 seconds with this woman for therapy but she felt she was fit to testify to my mental health at an arbitration hearing. This woman should be reported to her organization, in my humble opinion. Due to her actions, I felt it difficult to continue treatment with my psychiatrist and psychologist because she blew all trust that I had for the mental health field. Very disappointed that this woman is still licensed to practice in this Province.

Encouraged my wife in her affairs. Counselled that it is acceptable in other cultures. This was all kept secret from me for over a year. We have a three year old son. Instead of encouraging communication and honesty I am left with a broken family. Not recommended
