Beware. Does not genuinely care about my medical issue, keeps looking at the clock and wants to keep you dependent on medications. This one is a pill pusher and is more than generous with providing her political opinions unwarranted. I explained during one of my visits that I wanted to get off of medications, seeing as my primary issue has subsided to which she replied "But it's the American way!". I expected a more fruitful experience with a more positive result and didn't get it. In other words, avoid this [choose your own expletive].

very hard to get a hold of and wont take "out-of-pocket" clients. ill keep looking for a psychiatrist that works with their clients

I don't work with Dr. Berry, but the associate that I do work with - Dr. Chaparro - has been a lifesaver. He is a true professional and I have never worked with a psychiatrist as sharp as he is! But their office policies are atrocious. SIXTY $$ for cancelling an appointment!! (And if you're more than 15 minutes late, they consider that a cancellation but only charge FIFTY.) That makes me feel the primary concern is $$, not patients. We have lives, you know? Things happen. Addendum: When sent a request to transfer my files to a new doctor, I received a call that there is a $45 admin fee to transfer records. $$$

They just replied to my original review asking me to call the office. Since it was three years ago that I reviewed them and since I wrote a hand written letter after working with them explaining how much worse they made me and the result I decided to call. The girl answered told me they had hired a marketing firm that’s who reached out. They don’t actually care she had no empathy for what I had to say, to be fair she didn’t work there at the time, and I was told my message would be passed along. If you care about you or your loved ones don’t go here there’s a lot of great doctors and offices who want to help not make a buck.

Treated me so poorly. Sent me intake forms but failed to tell me they would do so ; ended up in my spam unbeknownst to me - I arrived and was told I could not be seen due to no forms. I obliged and said I understood. I then got all forms filled out ( so extensive it took me days ) and was told upon second appointment I would not be seen because they didn’t arrive in window ( a window I was never informed of verbally ) - After two “‘missed” appointments I was told I would not be allowed to ever reschedule. For someone else battling anxiety or depression, this could have been a rock bottom. Luckily, I maintained faith and strength despite them .

Doctor Berry has been a life saver for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I've always found her advice to be good. As far as the negative comments regarding the office staff I have not seen that. They've always been helpful and courteous.
