If you’re looking for a great chiropractor? Look no further. Dr. Varela is the best hands down. Such a welcoming environment. Probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Great treatment and I can’t wait to continue to visit! Awesome experience.

Wonderful services and availability. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating since they have many qualified practitioners to book with. Recently treated by RMT Sandra and then Sabrina on another day, both were great and very knowledgeable which makes me even more comfortable to return more often with any issues that may arise. I have also gotten my boyfriend to start booking with this clinic and he's been thrilled with how he feels after treatment. Definitely recommend! UPDATE! I began acupuncture with Sean and my range of neck movement has noticeably increased, it’s unbelievable because I didn’t even realize how limited my neck movement became over the years (I’m 27, in “good shape”, but life always takes a toll.) Thank you all!

Love the RMTs here, super friendly, courteous, comfortable, empathetic...the list goes on! I have never felt more comfortable in a place without my shirt on before LOL. But the female physiotherapist (don't even know her name) is not even close to the high standards of this place. For starters, my 1 hour appointment was over in about 20-25 minutes (what am I paying you 100$ for??) and second, when I asked her about a service offered by the clinic (there is a sign at reception) she said no, we do not offer this here. I told her there is a sign at the front and I have spoken to reception about it, but she continued to deny the service. Advice to her: If you are new, familiarize yourself with your workplace and services. Although she is not new.. Cancelled any standing physio appointments with her. But will continue to return for massages! Would've given 5 stars if not for the physiotherapist and a small mishap by reception charging me 20% instead of 10% when my insurance clearly states patient only pays 10%.

5 star without any doubt! About 3 weeks ago my lower back locked. 8/10 pain. I was barely able to walk, stand up, lay down ,etc. I went to see Dr Alber for an initial consultation and discovered that my lower 2 back joints were inflamated and pressing on my leg nerve. After the first treatment I was already able to walk confortably. Two days later after another treatment, I was able to sit confortably, and after the 3rd, all the pain and discomfort were essentially gone. I can't thank him enough. Super chill down to earth doctor with professional and friendly staff. Not like the usual stuck up "whatever" attitude most doctors have. Definitely continuing my visits here for a long time to come!

I went for physiotherapy. Lisa is simply outstanding. Thorough, professional, organized, caring, courteous and competent. Having been to physiotherapy with other providers in the past, I can feel the difference. I dont usually rate providers publicly but Lisa has raised the bar and can't recommend her highly enough. Immensely grateful in this difficult Covid era to have such support. Thank you also Stephanie and the staff for a really good job. Keep it up!

I've had a lovely experience at this clinic. When i started four months ago, i could barely tie my own hair due to frozen shoulder and some surgery relates injuries. Dr.Zippy has worked wonders for me and im slowly getting back to thw normal me! She along with Kamila have been a God send and i couldnt recommend them more! The ladies who work front desk are also lovely!

My wife was referred by the emergency at credit valley hospital to dr Noor because she has a meniscus tear. He saw her and said she will need injection but sometimes it doesn’t work with some people, so he suggested to start with physio first. He had physio in his clinic Alliance Physio and since we don’t know any physiotherapist, we decided to go with his clinic. My wife was booked for sessions twice a week and after a month and a half, the physiotherapist said there is no improvement and she needs to see the dr for the injection. She got an appointment to see dr Noor again but he said that her case needs a surgery but she needs MRI first to determine how deep is the tear. The MRI results came back and we were not contacted until my wife called in to ask if the results were out. Anyway the dr gave her a phone appointment and told her that it is confirmed and she needs a surgery but he needs to see her first. Note that dr Noor is a sports specialist and he is not a surgeon, so he is wasting time and asking her to continue physio until he can see her. 2 weeks passed to find that he went on vacation for another week and he will not be able to see her before the end of August, that is another 2 months and we don’t yet have a referral to the surgeon. We decided to forget about this dr and his clinic and went to the emergency again, this time she was referred to the surgeon directly and got an appointment the next week. The surgeon said that she will first need a gel injection which should help her and find a proper physiotherapist who will help her walk on her feet again because the Alliance place made her afraid to walk and sold her a $316 knee brace which made her worse and forgot how to walk properly. To conclude, Alliance clinic was and is not giving good service for the benefit of the patient but they take long time just to get more money from you with no benefit to the patient. I don’t recommend this place at all

This clinic is awesome! I had really bad back pain and with the help of Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy and Dr. Varela, I was able to recover from my back pain! I've been to other clinics but Alliance was thorough and front staff was great at helping by doing direct billing! Thanks guys!

My physio therapist - Saviona Isaaks is amazing. She has helped me so much, relieving the pain in different parts of my body, using a variety of techniques with the help of her great assistants.
