oct 8 2020 i went to go see her - she sat there and said " i don't have any say as a mother to know what my son is eating where my ex is taking him or who is living in the house as long as my son is safe . So i got a lawyer because that information did not set right with me . i found out i have RIGHTS to all the information like what my son eats where he goes etc. But because she told my EX the wrong info my life has BEEN WORSE ! Waste of 110$ and my time >>> learn the laws before you Ruin peoples lives.

Charlene is the most compassionate person I know. Her expertise and knowledge of how to change my thinking/perspective in a different way that makes life easier. She has helped in marriage counselling and with anxiety and depression. I fully recommend Charlene to help with any life struggles. She has given me the strenght and knowledge to a better life.

I'm not one to write reviews but Charlene is a horrible counsellor, I don't know how her license hasn't been revoked. She seems to believe verbal abuse is ok if someone is "tired" and references her own marriage frequently which I also felt was very unprofessional. I feel for her clients who may be really struggling, if you're reading this review I would advice you STRONGLY to see someone else, there are so many other great counsellors out there who wont make you feel worse coming out of your appointment then going in.

I didn't feel it appropriate to talk about her husbands' poor memory when getting a film at blockbuster. I agree that she should not talk about her personal life during counselling and our session actually made things worse by her acknowledging issues that only reinforced the problem in the first place. I do not recommend her services

I find Charlene easy to talk to, exceptionally knowledgeable, an extremely good listener and picks up rather quickly at what the issue is and has a variety of ways or solutions to get "it" to where you would like or want it to be. I have a very Stressful Business & when life throws those curves or when I'm feeling out of sorts I visit Charlene as I see and get a lot of value out of it. I highly recommend her............Scott

My experience with Charlene has truly been life changing. Some of the lessons I learned during my first few sessions with her, are often the ones I go back to when I catch myself falling into old patterns. I'll be forever grateful. One of the many things I appreciate about Charlene, is how open and transparent she is about here own family life. It's perfectly okay for a counselor to use her family life as examples it it will help us deal with our own failings. Every counselor I've ever seen, I've asked about their families, because I need to know they're not sitting there pretending to have a perfect life, while trying to help me navigate mine.
