After my first visit at Koonar Physiotherapy I would definitely recommend their services. From the ease of booking, the excellent COVID precautions in place and the friendly staff, I felt comfortable and cared for. My PT, Alexa was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and detailed in her care. With her guidance I know I am on the path to success. Now with my last visit to Koonar completed, I can once again say that Alexa has proven herself to be an extremely knowledgable and hands on PT. She helped me to stay on track with the care plan and spent sessions focusing on proper techniques and making sure I was executing them correctly. I now know how to manage pain and strengthen the specific area more effectively than what I was doing before. Trust your PT and follow the plan and you will see results.

Highly skilled staff: friendly, professional, organized and very knowledgeable. Karen is great and is always friendly on the phone, always answer the phone. Booking appointments with Koonar is so easy and they are always able to accommodate me. I am very pleased with Deep and Sabrina. Both are very attentive and easy to talk to. I was in a lot of pain and tremendous discomfort when I first walked into Koonar’s office. Deep took care of my pain on the first visit. I felt the difference right after my 2nd visit: no pain which allowed me to sleep at night and much less discomfort. He is always asking me for feedback, always answering all my questions which helps me to understand my healing process. Some injuries take time to heal and knowing that you are in good experienced hands because experiencing the power of treatment, exercise or massage on your own body is what every patient expects. When I was referred for Physical Therapy to alleviate my joint pain, I went expecting NOTHING, short of surgery, would help. Furthermore, I thought I was wasting my money! BUT... Literally after one visit, I was markedly improved! I told Alexa she was a miracle worker. Over months, I reduced the frequency of my visits but continued to do the exercises at home. How wrong could I have been?! Physio at Koonar was fabulous! I loved the PhysiApp to help guide the home sessions. My therapist, Alexa G., was wonderful. The facility was Covid safe, and always on time. I highly recommend Alexa G. at Koonar Physiotherapy!

They did not waste time while still maintaining a thorough preliminary evaluation. With continued and consistent appointments along with the at home exercises my son's strength increased by 10 lbs within a mere 5 sessions. Direct billing for benefits made it very convenient. Alex was extremely helpful and patient in my recovery when I dislocated my elbow. He frequently followed up to see how my elbow was doing after sessions and made sure I was keeping up with my exercises at home. After each session I saw a huge improvement in my range of motion and he used a variety of methods to help with my pain. My dad also had a stroke during the time I injured my elbow and Alex helped me and my family with recommendations and showed us exercises to help Him. Alex goes above and beyond! The facility was nice and clean with lots of parking. Great place, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family
