I never give Google reviews, but this company is so horrible I just have too. If you are seeking mental health services please go elsewhere. This company cares about getting paid, once that happens they will never return any of your calls. An attorney general complaint is next, this company should have its license revoked by the SOM.

I gave up on therapy before my sister suggested I try H3. My therapist ended up being amazing. She made me feel comfortable, she listened and was giving me effective tools that actually worked. I highly recommend H3 for anyone seeking hope, emotional wellness and healing.

I went here a couple times. I had Stephanie as my therapist. They DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON YOU! THEY DO NOT CARE OBVIOUSLY. I texted my therapist, tried to get in touch with her because I was following up on my psychiatrist appointment that I supposed to have. That WAS 2 MONTHS AGO! I called them and asked what was going on and they said “oh I am sorry I didn't even know you were supposed to have a appointment with a psychiatrist” still haven’t heard anything back from ANYONE! Don’t go here if you don’t want to wait to hear back from your therapist after messaging them. They never get back to you and when you call the company phone no one NEVER answers! Just a horrible company.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the H3 St Clair Shores location. My phone calls are always met by a welcoming, extremely nice office staff. They are always very prompt in returning any of my phone calls and accommodating regarding scheduling my appointments. H3 offers a number of diverse options for treatment. I am very satisfied with my experience there and would highly recommend H3 and the St Clair Shores location to anyone in need of caring help.

All they care about are their vacations and getting paid. They make you feel extremely unimportant and aren't proactive in moving forward with treatment. They didn't even have the decency to take information out of the report that I specifically requested, which caused more drama in my life. Additionally, they completed a report and instead of moving forward with my symptoms and questioning me further to recieve the proper diagnosis, they left it as possiblity. If they needed more information despite the overwhelming symptoms and times I've brought up my concerns, I would have been more than happy to go back in and repeat everything to their ignorant and cold office. They've made my struggles and problems feel invalid and I highly reccomend you find somewhere else! They do more bad than good. The only reason this place has a five star review is because one of the therapists that works there wrote it.

I lost my brother to suicide 10 years ago in 2011 and was still seriously struggling with grief in 2013. My primary dr suggested I reach out to Rebecca at H3 for some therapy as it was clearly needed. I will never forget the first call I had with Rebecca - I was in tears and she immediately scheduled me for an appointment. To say this changed my life would be an understatement. Rebecca provided me with a safe place to unload, and gave me so many tools to deal with my grief, anxiety and depression. I moved away from st Clair shores in 2017. I tried to find a therapist in my new city but never had the connection I had with Rebecca. Fast forward to 2020 and covid and virtual appointments- I was able to connect with Rebecca and have regular appointments again. It was my little glimmer of hope when everything around us was going crazy. I honestly could go on and on about how great this place is; the people, the compassion, and the knowledge to help people get through some of the worst times. Even if you're not struggling with grief or other issues, life is tough sometimes! It's so wonderful to have someone to talk to and I will always recommend the team at H3 to everyone I know.

Tried for a week to get a hold of them as they do not pick up the phone.. Left 8 voicemails, and missed about 2-3 return calls, one of which I immediately returned and went straight to voicemail. Finally connected to find out that they don't take our insurance despite their website saying they do. This has been the process for several weeks and they haven't updated the website. Very disappointed by how much time this wasted.

I’ve been a client at H3 for about two years now. I had never sought professional help in the past but I lost my brother to suicide and I was desperate for relief, support, & understanding. It is the best decision I could have made. To say Rebecca is phenomenal is an understatement. She truly cares about her clients on a personal level and goes above and beyond consistently. She welcomed me with open arms and showed me compassion and empathy during the hardest time of my life. This speaks volumes coming from a nurse’s perspective. She has carefully built an amazing team as well. Her staff are friendly and personable and I always feel at home when I am there. The various therapies offered speaks volumes to the goals of H3. They care about all aspects of mental, physical, and emotional well being. I would recommend H3 to anyone. From a healthcare professional‘s point of view, I think they are the epitome of what we need when it comes to the increasing demands of support for mental health.

Made an appointment after some effort, as try don't answer the phone, showed up to the appointment and they had no record of my appointment, even though I had a confirmation. Also people were really snobby when I questioned their unreasonable amount of security they said they "didn't just want anyone coming in". Welcome to Detroit... I guess?

Terrible place to get counseling services or any kind of service they offer. I've noticed over time no one really cared what you are going through, all they are concerned about is collecting a paycheck and billing your insurance company, if you have a question regarding your medication good luck trying to get them to fix it. Don't bother to leave them a message either they never call you back, I found that over time even the counselors don't care about your well being they will say well if you need anything you can reach out to me then they just stop responding to your concerns. There is no empathy no sympathy or accountability on their end. My best advice is avoid this place you'll save yourself alot of greed and aggravation.
