Ask upfront how much they charge. Don't accept waffling, like, "they can charge from $140 to $175". Don't sign the little white sheet that's on the therapist's desk IF you do have an appt. I was told the amounts were not reflective of what I would be charged. That was incorrect and misleading. Intake was insubstantial, less than 30 min and cost $225! I am incensed by the lack of ethics displayed here. I spent 8 hours of driving time for 4 appts, each less than 1 hour (one was totally on me). The time I was late, the therapist told me not to do anything about a situ I was struggling with until I saw her again., Then when I returned she never even addressed the issue. #PTSD and grief will find little to no relief here. Total charges so far...in excess of $500! Cancelled my next appt. Not going. back. Oh, and the probiotics aren't working either.

This place has a horrible track record with communication. I understand things are hard... but I've been without my medication for at least a week and haven't been able to reach anyone. Update: Just found out that my PA Kaitlyn Mucklewicz (would not recommend, read the other reviews) won't be taking any appts with me. She just refilled a prescription no problem a month ago and nobody communicated with me that I would not be able to make an appt, and nobody told me the appointment I had was cancelled. This is a textbook case of patient abandonment, a form of medical malpractice. If you care about your mental health go somewhere else.

Around Christmas 2016 I had an after hours emergency and spoke with their on-call doctor, Dr. Dan Guyer, and he literally told me word for word "I despise you for calling me at home." I found a doctor who is 10 times more qualified, who will charge me 1/3 the amount I was paying here. They are simply a pill-pushing business, with no regard for the health of their patients.

Dr Guyer is an awesome psychiatrist. He has saved my life in so many ways. I was not having a good life prior to going here. My meds are helping me to lead a more productive and full life. Thank God there are still a couple good doctors!

I have been going here to see Dr. Adamo for a long time and I want to say he has over exceeded my expectations. Thorough, knowledgeable and understanding are the qualities you should get in a doctor when it comes to mental health and he has them all. I have been seeing Dr. Adamo since I want to say 2014 or 2015. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for Dr. Adamo I would not be in the great place I am in life that I am today. I am truly grateful for the services I have received at PSGP. The 35-45 min drive I do to get there is worth it.

I do not recommend Kaitlin Muklewicz. She does not have the ability to truly care for patients. She refuses to adapt to their requirements and also will not make allowances for the pandemic. In this case, she is knowingly leaving a patient to fend for themselves without medication for at least a month.

Super unprofessional, nobody responds in a timely manner, certainly not the promised 48 business hours. No regard for the impact prescribing and not refilling psychoactive substances to vulnerable patients. Arrogant, callous and unempathetic.

I saw the PA Kaitlynn and could not have had a worse experience, she was entirely unsympathetic, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone go see her.

I was a patient of the late Dr Guyer and occasionally I visited with Robert Papizan. They were definitely 5 star people.The front staff was excellent. After Dr Guyer passed away I was assigned to Katlin Muclewicz . I was instructed to fill out several documents before my telecom with her and my appointment was to be Sept 26 at 230 pm.I waited till 430 pm but she never connected with me. The next day I called and talked to a live person and this person (male) told me my paper work never arrived and my appointment was automatically canceled.I was never informed so I asked him why was I not informed and he replied we do not do that. I told him this was very irresponsible on their part. I admit I used a few words when I tried to explain to him that my tracking number on my document envelope 1 day Priority mail had been shipped on the 21st of September, and and they received it on the 22nd however he said that they never did.He was quite rude and I just had about enough of the malarkey he was handing me and I just hung up.I did ask him to return my paper work as I will go elsewhere. I was seeing Dr Guyer since the late 80s with never a problem. I understand that they had a fire and would still be able to get telecom visits. I called almost every day to get in touch with Katlin or to have my document returned and I would receive a recorded message that someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. Well it’s been over a month and never a reply. T.L

Had an appointment for 3:30. The doctor saw the patient before me at 4:10. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to work around my schedule to reschedule my appointment. Very poor service. Will not return.

I was just referred to Ralph Wiktor, MS, PA-C after seeing Dr. Guerrero for years. He was right on point with my diagnoses and has helped me tremendously. I am so happy for this recommendation! It feels good to feel "good".

Recently had an apt with Kaitlin M. the P.A., she was extremely helpful and took her time to explain how meds work and the importance of not self medicating with street drugs and alcohol. They do drug test and i noticed one another client was very upset when informed, telling them she couldn't do it and left. Staff was very polite and took care of quickly even though the office was very busy.
