All the staff is very friendly and attentive. The facility is bright clean and inviting. Tori is extremely knowledgeable, and is an incredible balance of empathy, patience and toughness . I went for physiotherapy looking help getting back on my feet. They are a great help. I finally went and got much needed help from Becky she is the RMT. I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge she had and the help she provided. I would recommend that you tell her how hard you need the massage as she is very accommodating.

Lacking basic equipment. Didn't see any swelling-reduction equipment or balls for core strengthening,.Didn't see wobble boards,or other usual equipment of a well-stocked physio outfit. It may be there, but I didn't see it. Still using weights on ankles which can be a problem, particularly for seniors.
