They charged a 35 dollar fee to schedule an appointment. They then offered one time slot which was non-negotiable with no reasoning. They are preying on people who require help.

First the process of registration, took a very long time.. took them over 3 weeks to reach back to me. Although I get the pandemic, they were non empathic about having me wait. It's like I was speaking to robots. As well a payment of 30 bucks for registration (non refundable) Then came the therapist whom seemed fine and then after the 2nd session told me that she spoke to her supervisor and had to drop my case and that the institute couldnt carry on and provide me more treatment. I asked for a reason, and none given. I also called for an answer, but I guess they wont provide me that either :) This was a nightmare to go through, it was fine and dandy at first and then I realized that it was not that good. The way i was treated was just trash. They should have communicated with me the concerns. A good way to make people feel more like trash is not giving them a reason or closure. This institution will do that to you. I do not recommend!
