Santé Kildare does NOT have a walk in clinic anymore. If you don't have a family doctor there you won't get an appointment. They are also not taking any new patients.

My doctor is never there. I'm able to have a consultation with another doctor but they always tell me to speak to my doctor... who is never there. Terrible service.

Edit: Respond to the owner. I'm willing to come to you and try together to schedule an appointment. Maybe I'll get lucky this time Nearly impossible to get an appointment using the automated system, I made a complaint already over a year a go, The system will ask you to put you information, you sit struggling with it and after entering your info you'll receive an answer that they cannot make an appointment at the moment. Why not saying it from the first place? Why tourchering sick people? Hope someone will see this review and remove this automated service. I never give negative review but this is abusing sick people. Make no mistake I do not any complain about the doctors or nurses, Once this automated system stop abusing sick people. All I want is to schedule an appointment I went to the office once explaining the problem and begged for appointment but nothing helped. I will change my review once this issue resolved.

Never on time as per opening hours. Walk in clinic is by appointment only which is unacceptable, never even heard of such a thing..dont even know why they advertise that. Terrible experience!

Made an appointment at 11pm using bonjoursante, was in and out the next day in under 30 minutes. The doctor listened and treated my 15 month old with great care while still being efficient.

My family has been going to this clinic for over 2 years now and have always had positive experiences every visit. Very friendly and helpful receptionists, awesome nurses and extremely knowledgeable doctors all wanting to help you with all your health needs. Dr. Iny is our family doctor but have been examined by many other doctors here all with the wanting us to be healthy and happy. Nice to go to a clinic where there is so much care for your well being and not just another number in the system.

This is the worst clinic ever !!!! I have called twice waited for at least 20 to 30 minutes for them to hung up on me.These receptionists need to take a course all over again because they don't know how to pick up a call on hold and this has happened to me a couple of time ! I'm trying to reach my doctor because she called me and there's no way to get to her !! This is a poor service clinic !!!

I found the receptionists to be curt and unfriendly. Very rude, not listening to anything said. It doesn't help for the owner to ask for our patience. Someone needs to be patient with those of us not feeling well and trying to wait for help. Sorry to say.

Several posts here talk about their "walk in service" which is a complete fabrication. No way to be seen when you have real pain and a possible active infection. They speak to you indignantly for not being a client and turn you away when you say your in active pain and need help. This is a business and not a care facility. Now I'm going to an active covid Emergency room because they've left me with no choice. Absolutely shameful.

Staff is friendly and my family doctor is great. He listens and answers all my questions. Only down side is that ita hard to get in touch with them. Phone lines always seem busy but usually you can send them an email and they will get back to you

Finally, doctors who listen! I have seen a number of nurses and doctors here and they have never let me down or got something wrong. The clinic is admittedly hard for non-registered patients to call, but they have a booking service online and by phone for walk-ins that is really convenient. Find all the info on their website!

These receptionists seem to just choose not to answer the phone. I've been there sitting waiting for my doctor and seen this happen and thought it was funny. Now I'm sitting here waiting on the phone just trying to get through so I can pass a message along to my physician, and I cannot get through. This is truly a terrible clinic and I cannot wait for COVID to be over so I can switch. Edit: if you notice they respond to certain reviewers after looking them up in patient records. I’m absolutely certain this is a violation of medical privilege: it is your private business which clinic you attend and some lackey whose job it is to respond to reviews on google should not be exposing your attendance to a subpar clinic.

Horrible service!! calls never get answered just a recording that repeats don’t come to the clinic & info on Covid.... they want you to use sofy & very hard to communicate with your dr. Receptionist work from home & if they do end up answering, unhelpful & unprofessional you can hear their kids cry or their animal bark unfocused.

Best clinic ever. The doctors take time to listen to my concerns and always respect my opinion. The advanced booking system is one of the greatest inventions in medical history (okay, not the GREATEST, but so handy to be able to book an appointment without waiting months). I'm also very impressed with the walk-in clinic where you can always see someone during the following day, sometimes even the same day. Many reviews here mention difficulties in phone communication but the owner has provided a few different options and, let's face it, they have a large clientele and the world isn't perfect. Also, seriously people, if you're not a client, you've got no right to get angry at the clinic. Write to the Quebec Health Department and express your concerns because they're the ones who designed the overall system. And, no, I'm not a friend or relative. Just a sensible person who knows when they have a good, even great, thing going, lol.

Great service and amazing staff and doctors. We love Dr. Borten. That said, we've been trying to book an appointment with our doctor for the past week and it has been literally impossible to get a hold of anybody, nor to obtain an availability online (even in April and May...). We sometimes stay on the phone for almost 30 minutes and it ends up hanging up automatically... Their online booking system doesn't seem to be working either. What's going on???

Doctors are late even with an appoitment, the doctor misread my blood results and told me I had a problem I didin't have. Even when you have to wait there for the doctors the receptionist won't give you the wifi password.

Got an appt with bonjour santé.. .. I get there on time ... Shortly after I got there I get called, I am thinking this is great. Now while the nurse was good to deal with ... I never saw a doctor ?!? I understand she is a nurse practitioner but seriously? If I wanted to see a nurse I would of called on my nurse friends! Then this "doctor" who mysteriously told her to prescribe me something, that I won't be taking even if it could help me because nobody ever asked if I was allergic to meds..Which I am. So overall..A waste of time.

Great Doctors, great nurses, nice receptionists. An incredibly difficult time getting through via phone especially during covid-19! I have been part of busier clinics in the past and never had to deal with such difficult phone systems. Prior to covid-19 I would just walk in physically to make appointments now that this is not an option it has become much harder to access medical services. I hope they work on fixing this glitch as aside from this frustrating aspect the clinic is 5 stars
