Avg wait is 3 hrs . It's takes about 90 mins after filling paper work and get your turn. Then the nurse sees u and gives u a token no. And then again it takes forever to see the doctor.

The receptionists at this clinic are beyond useless. They never pick up the phone (which is their literal job) and if you have to reschedule an appointment because you have other commitments, they start asking you questions and criticize you for it. If you try to reschedule, the phone might ring for awhile and they honestly might just put you on hold and hang up.

On July 23 at 6:30 PM I started having a heart attack and had my wife drive me to the Lakeshore Hospital Emergency department. I didn't wit for the ambulance because I didn't think I would make it before the ambulance got to the house. I entered the emergency department and immediately saw there was no one at the triage/reception desk. I glanced at the waiting room and it was full of what appeared to be zombies. No exaggeration here. I approached the security desk and told the young lady, "Excuse me, I'm having a heart attack..." Her response? "Take a number" "But I'm having a heart attack!" "Take a number" I immediately left and went to the Jewish General.

Appointments where over the phone because of covid, half the time the doctor either doesn't call or calls 3-5 hours later than the appointment time. I have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back a week later. Terrible reception staff and doctors. I will ask to be discharged back to my family doctor so I can get a referal to the Douglas.
