Lifeworks is an amazing place.

this is a dangerous company -- they advertise themselves as providing support for mental health issues, but the site consists of little more than collections of generic articles on tips and strategies. They claim their therapists are licensed but can't give any info regarding these licenses. And I was told their therapists aren't even qualified to do basic assessments. Their only function really, is to "be someone to talk to." As someone who experiences at times debilitating mental health issues, I can't express how unethical it is to profit off of empty promises of support and treatment that aren't really there when you log into the site. You can get better support using free online resources and consulting actual licensed therapists. If you need real treatment understand that this is not a real resource.
