Very helpful administration staff, nurses and doctor. I got appointment within a week and called several times to confirm my medications situation and the nurses were very friendly and patiently explained the same topic several times until I was clear. The doctor explained the procedure in details before and after and reviewed my reports with me together as well as follow-up on biopsy report. The admin staff called a few weeks later with biopsy report results and faxed to my doctors in a timely manner. The only thing I wish is that they can also take patients for long-term follow-ups beyond just doing exams. They are very professional and experienced. I would definitely consider to run my annual check whenever possible at this clinic.

The procedure itself went very well and the doctor and nurses were extremely caring. However, Beware their absolutely rigid policies regarding scheduling. I called them what I thought was one week prior to the procedure to reschedule: no one answered so I left a message. In the mean time, they charged the full amount to my credit card on file and called me back a day or two later to say that I had passed the allowed “rescheduling window” and I had a year to find a new date! It made an already sensitive procedure, unnecessarily stressful.

The Whole experience of having a Colonoscopy is very discerning and being my first one was as I like to explain of all my first experiences as Life Adventures. Yet I walked into the bright clinic with a young lady who greeted me warmly in a very comfortable waiting room. All went smoothly and everything was explained to me as the procedure was taking place. A little sedative and all is well. I would not want to visit a hospital to have any procedures done after seeing a Clean, Inviting space that puts you at ease. Thank you Endovision Clinic, Staff and Doctors for a wonderful job. I have to say that I did not have to wait for a report, one was given to me with Pictures. What a wonderful feeling in my case knowing that everything is moving well. Called our health care system and it would take up 2-3 months to see a doctor and then wait a month or more to have the procedure done. I could not wait that long, for my yearly physical came back positive for blood in the stools. I needed piece of mind so I Called Endovision and they had an opening 3 days later. Which would you choose?

Dr Brahm saved my life in many ways, I resisted his prescribed medication many times but after his assertiveness and persistence from his wealth of experience, he showed me the way and recently my stubbornness gave in. He was done with me cause I wouldn’t listen and I begged to hang for his expertise Psychiatry appointments. The price for the colonoscopy (1400cad) is on the higher side of the price range for what a colonoscopy costs in Montreal. Furthermore, It should be noted that an additional 200 dollars is charged for the first biopsy or polyp removal and 150 dollars for every subsequent biopsy/polyp removal. However the clinic is modern, clean and the staff are profesional. If money is not an issue, then this might be an option worth exploring.

Although the price was higher than elsewhere, I chose Endovision because of the rapidity in which they were able to schedule the procedures that I needed. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me as I called 3x to get information (it was my first time doing both procedures and new questions kept on arising). On the day of the appointment, prodecures were on time. The nurse who prepared me was kind and professional. When i went into the room there were 2 more nurses waiting for me; one was very experienced and the other must have been new or training as she wasnt sure where things were or how to support the other nurse. Nevertheless, they were both supportive of me as they saw I was frightened. The experienced nurse was quick to jump into action when something was wrong with my i.v. and the relaxant wouldnt go through. The dr was AMAZING! Kind, compassionate and detail oriented. Took his time to explain everything to me. A few weeks after they called me to confirm biopsy results as promised. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return in 3 years as suggested. The staff at this clinic are all professional and empathetic from beginning to end. Everyone introduces themselves and explains what role they will play. The procedure is thoroughly explained. Dr Chow is knowledgeable and caring. He takes whatever time is necessary to discuss your concerns, symptoms as well as the results of the test. Also makes recommendations if there is a problem and helps with referrals. I was scared but they actually made it a good experience if you can imagine a colonoscopy or endoscopy being a good experience. However, if you have to have one, this is a place that I would not hesitate to recommend.

My experience with the Endovision Clinic was first class in all respects. I was at first hesitant in contacting a Medical Clinic in a different City and Province fearing it would be to complicated to obtain the procedure I wanted. Pros - can book a appointment within a few weeks Cons - doctor was supposed to send results to two different hospitals to book urgent surgery but failed to do so. When trying to call the clinic and ask questions about it, the secretary was very mean, had no patience, almost hung up on me, never called me back to give me an answer. Devant passer ces examens sans aucun médicament, ni sédation, les infirmières/infirmier ainsi que le Dr Chow ont été très à l’écoute de mes limites. Dès le début, nous nous sommes entendus sur la façon de procéder, c’est-à-dire que lorsque je leur dirais de me donner une pause pour laisser passer la douleur, ils allaient le faire et me laisser récupérer. Ils ont tenu parole tout au long des procédures. Pour la première fois, lors de ces examens, je me suis senti respectée. Les gens de cette clinique sont d’une gentillesse, sont extrêmement empathiques, dévoués à leurs patients et respectueux. Je n’ai que de bons mots au sujet de tous ceux que j’ai rencontrés lors de ma visite à cette clinique. Oui ce n’est pas donné, le coût est assez élevé; mais ça en vaut franchement la peine si on peut se le payer. Merci de m’avoir permis de passer ces examens dans des conditions humaines et respectueuses.
