Very rude and impatient lady when you call appointment desk and on site the lady behind the counter is not any better.

(Translated) The blood collection center is very efficient and well organized if you arrive at the opening at 6 pm from Tuesday to Friday. This is an example to follow in walk-in medical centers.
Rude receptionist
information desk is not friendly
Staff is rudely dealing
disgustingly rude every time i go there or call
went for a blood test. Easy parking. It was relatively fast and the nurse was friendly. the line-up for blood test in the corridor was a bit broche-a-foin. Results were sent within 1 week. Overall. I'm quite satisfied with the service
(Translated) 55 minutes total time one Tuesday 9 am - blood test performed by a "vampire" expert (I have runny veins and low). No blue (7 hours later). Thank you for your good services.
I’ve always had a very decent experience. Wait times are not bad at all. Great nurses, they take their time answering my questions. The staff at reception are lovely too. Just some rare times they are clearly not in a great mood and it shows in the way they speak to you with impatience.
rude. don't call back, but when they do, they don't give you a time to talk. I cannot believe what kind of support. We need to get the NEWS to know . how RUDE they are. we are only asking to a return phone call, a follow up and get the pull down. ..
(Translated) The receptionist Catherine gives an execrable customer service. She does not say hello, is not courteous and does not take the time to listen to you. I suggest that she read the sign warning customers to be respectful. If I could have put no stars, I would have done so. I hope this publication will resolve the situation.
Helpful friendly staff
(Translated) The staff have been overwhelmed for years and nothing is changing! Long, very long wait time! Temps d'attente long très long!
STAY AWAY. Very rude receptionist for the blood tests. Nothing but terrible experiences. UNCLEAN SOME RANDOM GUY AT THE ENTRANCE FORCING PEOPLE TO SIT ONE AFTER THE OTHER ON NON-SANITIZED CHAIRS - all on their phone, receptionists rolls their eyes, yell AWFUL THE TECHNICIAN WASNT EVEN WEARING GLOVES TO DO MY BLOOD TEST
Extremely rude nurse that came to my house for a blood test. Asking my mom to come faster because she needs to go to other patients house. (My mom is disabled). (Dec 28, 8h20). "Vient plus vite je peux pas t'attendre j'ai d'autres places à aller". ????????????????
(Translated) I was with my daughter for a vaccination, the medical staff were very attentive, they calmed my child, explained the whole procedure, answered questions, were polite, attentive and very professional. thank you for that.
I'm very happy with their service Thank you very much ????
Went to the CLSC here because they have the travel clinic. The nurse was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything I had to know. I made an appointment and was taken in on time. They also sell things such as bug spray, sunscreen and other products - but they're a little pricier than retail stores. I would definitely recommend the travel clinic here.
Came for a blood test. They've taken great care in the management of safety precautions for the coronavirus. Two meter distances while waiting in line to get in, get a number, waiting room in the back with distancing, then speaking to the admin person. Another waiting room, then quick blood draw. My male nurse was brilliant, he knew just by looking at me that I was a bit squeamish, so he was distracting me by asking about my book. Got there at 6:15 (with maybe 20-30 people ahead of me) and got out at around 8:30. Happy I chose here over Lakeshore. One thing I noticed that needs improvement is that even though there's signs saying not to move the chairs in the waiting room, some people were moving them. Also, I wonder how they're going to manage in the winter; I hope they won't have socially distant lines of 30 people waiting outside in -30C.
Short wait time, friendly staff, lots of parking.
Nice staff but really needs to be cleaned.
Everytime I call that place, which is once a year, the receptionist is so damn rude, before I even finish my sentence she just transfers the call. No one moment please, just cuts me off and transfers the call. The administration staff is disgustingly rude.
(Translated) my two stars are intended for the very charming lady who welcomed us. after that the problem begins: secretary does not even look at you and no hello. tries to chat with the nurse and she takes everything at the 1st degree and hyper aggressive is an extremely unpleasant tone. for good service and beautiful smiles you know or not to go. moreover the process is completely ridiculous and long. making an appointment by phone would be more adequate in my opinion as well as a course in customer service for employers (Original) mes deux etoiles sont destiner a la tres charmante dame qui nous acceuillaient. apres cela le probleme commence : secretaire ne vous regarde meme pas et aucun bonjour.tente de discuter avec linfermiere et elle prends tout au 1er degres et hyper aggresive ert un ton extremement desagreable . pour un bon service et de beaux sourire vous savez ou ne pas aller . de plus le processus est completement ridicule et long. prise de rdv par telephone serait plus adequat selon moi ainsi qun cours en service a la clientele pour les employers
(Translated) Went for a blood test. The nurse who does the blood test does not even come back to you, she yells "next, next!" from inside. Then her attitude is very rough and impolite. I was surprised by so much hostility. Very sad to reduce a public service to such dissatisfaction. I went to take a blood test at this place. The attendant does not even bother to lead you to the room where everything happens, she sits in her chair and shouts like a public market: "next!" From the moment you take your place, her attitude is more than impolite, she is frankly hostile. Sad to reduce public services to so much incompetence. (Original) Went for a blood test.
Fast service, no line. Just call for appointment. Due to pandemic.
Went for a blood test today and it literally took 15 minutes. The CLSC Pierrefonds was very organized and well run (english speaking) with a professional staff. I was very satisfied by the whole experience, from beginning to end the staff was incredible especially the nurses. Thanks again!!
I would give 0 stars if I could... I wish I got the nurses name who gave my 2 month old his vaccines. She was unprofessional, rude and very rough. She seems to think she knows more than a doctor my son is being followed by who is one of the best in Canada. She should not be working with babies, children or people for that matter. Me and my husband are disgusted by her.
i talked to Amal in the youth department to set up an appointment for my daughter and Amal was super nice , very helpful and was able to change the time of the appointment at the last minute to convenience my daughter and her school hours . Thank you very much Amal for your help . it was a pleasure dealing with you.
(Translated) Quick to have a vaccination appointment The staff take the time to answer our questions.
If you can avoid this clsc please do it. Most of the time the computers has problems and they can’t sorted.
Even a 1 star can't justify how rude the staff are in this institution. How are they even in this sector. Just sad.
You can come as early as you need... The wait is still ridiculous!
This is a very good CLSC. It has a huge free parking lot. Good people are working there as well.
Lots of Parking space in the back. Short wait time and friendly staff.
CLSC Pierrefonds sent a caregiver that was provided by Paraide International Inc sent to help someone (This person doesn't want to have their name revealed) and was robbed by the caregiver!
Dr. Côté is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Her follow ups are so good and she's overall a very nice person, she always made sure to follow up with me whenever there was anything new, and she always took careful actions and extra procedures to insure my safety, and I appreciate her immensly for that. I recommend her to everyone, she is amazing!
Went for a blood test and the nurse by the name of Belliveau was incredibly rude. Clearly did not have her 7 hours of sleep. Poor customer service. After blood test was finished, told my wife in a rude way to put jacket outside the room and leave now. Absolutely disappointed!
Lousy staff..With Fake Smiles and LOOK over worked...Plus Flu shot Is Not worth getting...When Viruses are Getting Worse and worse by the moment...They only Help People With $$$..And Travel around the world...Local Folks with Little Income Are LAST with any kind of HELP...????????
(Translated) Sampling center: Very long service and for good reason, only 2 nurses for the whole population. Average waiting time 1 hour at first sorting plus 1 hour in the second waiting room. The summation of this deficient service is that, if you have to leave a sample to be recorded, you have to take a number and wait for your turn, no way to pass between two customers when you know very well that the people before you have not yet 1 hour to wait.
Horrible!!!!!! Wait is super long , no chairs to sit. I just left and didn't do the blood test.
Horrible service
(Translated) depressing places (Original) lieux deprimants
Insane attitude from nurse.Sickening story. Defund hospitals already. Once again we’ve proven the American system right. Only when there is a risk of losing your job do people make themselves behave. Also, do the math. Private is cheaper . It really is.
The tech taking my blood test was extremely rude for no reason. There was a paper I needed to get before the blood test and she flipped out at me for not having it and sent me away, only to call me back the second I sat back down to give me that same paper she yelled at me for not having. The people at the front desk give short, curt instructions and you cannot get angry at people for not knowing the intricacies of your bureaucracy. Unprofessional. The security guard at the entrance was kind and professional, but she is put at risk by having to get patients to change their masks in front of her. All-in-all I'm not impressed.
Efficient, Courteous and Fast. Waited less than 10 minutes for my blood draw. Thank you! ????
The receptionist is really rude. She does not want help at all. If there was 0 star, I would prefer give them zero star
Chose this location for blood tests. Most everyone (except for one nurse who clearly was having a terrible day and acted like a disgruntled battle-axe towards colleagues and patients) is friendly, fluently bilingual and extremely patient with (well) patients! The line-ups are long and the signage is poor so be prepared to wait upwards to three hours to have your blood tests -- as well as to get confused as to where to sit and when. Parking, while plentiful and free, fills up between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. Be forewarned that you may have to park on the streets or in "tow zones". My suggestion: Get there at opening so the wait will be shorter. All in all, I would return.
The security person at the front door was nice and helpful but sadly the person at the welcome desk and the two ladies at the appointment desks should change jobs...they look/act like they hated their job and everyone included! The cleaning guy was very polite doing his job. Thankfully the nurse that took my blood was very nice. The online appointment system worked very well.
Very good. I got the Shingles vaccination!
long wait. rotten services from 80% of workers. Ooh forget about calling on the phone. Only call if you have speaker phone because you can cook a meal wating on that phone . For blood center the wait is so long you can drain your blood and still you won't get help. The number wheels is never fI'll. Never enought packing. Always so cold . Winter time the carpet is dirty and not enought salt to slip. vending machine is nerver stock. The workers is not so supportive to many services. Busy location is great. Need more parking space we need to have someone monitor parking space kinda crazy out there.
entire staff should be fired went there to changes bandages as per doctors was to to bring my own polyporen

Dec 2018: I had a great experience for my blood test. I arrived at 5:55am and took my number at 6am; it started at 20, I was 36th. I had my phone to entertain myself. I wasn't confused on what to do... I could follow the people ahead of me and I was told where to go along the way. I grabbed my number and sat down. All of the people I interacted with were nice and polite. I chatted with the nurse to distract myself from the needle and she chatted back. She nailed the vein right away and I was out in no time. I was back in my car by 7:15am they were on number 61 when I left. There were lots of parking spaces when I arrived, none into the front when I was leaving. May 2019: I arrived at 5:50am to a huge line for my blood/urine tests... It started around 30 I was 76... It took 2 hours start to finish. They were on 12 when I left. No parking available in the front but there was lots in the back, still a few spots when I was leaving. Again the receptionist and nurse were really nice. You go in with a good attitude (dispite the wait) and they will be nice to you too. They needed lots of vials for my tests, I was in and out of the nurses office in about 5 minutes. I got a juice when I was done which was appreciated because fasting sucks. If you park after 7am remember to grab a permit from the information desk!
Absolutely horrible, rude customer service from employees registering patients. I can see why there are so many complaints from patients on Google. I will avoid this location as much as I can.
Bad nurses their so rude
Hostile security guard. Hostile non english speaking receptionist. Given that English people pay the same amount of taxes as french people, it would be nice to be helped in either language. Also, you can only make an appointment for blood tests on line. My mother would not be able to do this.
(Translated) I had the best day of my life there. The dandelions are very well watered. The doors open on their own. I am proud to be a Quebecker. I end with a quote from a nurse from there: if you eat broccoli, you will have more friends. It's so true! I'm crying.
(Translated) My 7 year old daughter had to do an analysis. Her dad goes with her and the doctor's reference. They wait 1:30 to be told that it takes a form filled by the doctor. He calls the pediatrician's secretary and she has no idea what they are asking for. She checks the forms provided by the government and leaves 3 messages to the clsc while my ex is also trying to communicate with them but they do not answer the phone. 4 days later, no one returned any messages so we paid privately, or no form was needed. Do not waste your time there, they are stupid and ineffective.
This place really needs help. The nurses do not wear gloves or sanitize before drawing your blood. My nurse in particular was sick and her nose was dripping. I saw her wipe her nose without sanitizing or washing her hands seconds before inserting a needle in my arm. DISGUSTING! The staff overall is RUDE! I saw the front desk lady scream at a client....the place is also very old (old dirty chairs and furniture...need an upgrade and new staff.
Wait time is long
I hope they hel me find a resid nce to live in pierresonnds quebec ty
(Translated) Arrival at 6.30 am I took the number, already 69, after 2 am, it was my turn to check in, I learned that it is not possible to do this type of test at the clsc Pierrefonds you have to go to the 'hospital. Please validate before if in this center it is possible to make your type of sample. This clinic is very close to where I live, but it is absolutely useless, neither to have the service of doctors, nor for the emergency. Pity ! I have always been treated well at this location. The nurses are very cordial & efficient.
(Translated) We had an appointment for a blood sample for our 3.5-year-old daughter, the nurse was rude and almost hostile. My husband was holding my daughter and he warned her that she could move and that we didn't know if she was going to accept that or nin, so the nurse asked our little one not to move and told her that it was okay. prick. Seeing the needle, my little one started to cry, the nurse got angry and started to blame my husband because he said in front of her that he didn't know if she was going to accept or not , when she panicked just seeing the needle and she moved when it pricked her, very normal reaction from a 3 and a half year old child !!!! Please if you don't like your job or find it hard to deal with the kids quit !!!! especially in those cases where you are dealing with sick children, be a little more human !!!! PS: I know adults who panic in front of a needle, what about a child of 3 or 4 years. Without forgetting that all those who worked there were at the limit of the rudeness, with sick people MIN DUEU !!!!!
Horrible communication!
Very rude staff
For the second time, those who take the blood samples KNOW NOTHING =, LEARNED NOTHING, SHOULD BE FIRED, Etc. You canlt complain there, they arr GODS in the place, "Zero-tolerance" to complains, abpve the law!!!! These photos speak more, 80 years lady and my wife as well. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE IF YOU WANT BETTER SERVICE. THE WOMEN THERE ARE REALLY BELOW ANY SER VICE GRADE, FROM THE TWO OLD LADIES IN THE RECEPITION, TO ANY OF THE WOMEN WHO TAKES THE BLOOD SAMPLES. ONLY ONE PERFECT MAN WHO IS LIKE AN ANGEL, TAKES THE SAMPLE AND YOU WOULDNLT NOTICE UNTILL HE FINISH. THE REST ARE JUST RUBBISH. WISH THERE'S A ZERO TO GIVE.
With scheduled appointment, It is super fast and the nurses were great in their jobs. They provide you a new mask when you enter the clsc as well.
Busy as he-double-hockey-sticks, but they get the job done and test results are phoned to me within hours.
Disappointing, like most CLSC. If you want to go for a blood test, be there at 5h30 in the morning if you don’t want to spend the day there. Don’t bother calling for information because they don’t respond and don’t return calls when leaving a voicemail.
(Translated) Tiny parking lot, always full in front of the building. Should sleep there the day before to have a place! Behind a large parking lot, but reserved for the Pierrefonds Cultural Center where the posters forbid us to park. Why ? during the day, are there only activities at the cultural center? Stressful, but you need what you need, I park there. My problems are not finished, the rear entrance door does not have a help button for the disabled ... not good for a CLSC!
