(Translated) In January, I was given an appointment on March 9 at 6 p.m. for the second dose of a vaccine. I show up at 5:45 pm after leaving work earlier to be told that someone canceled my appointment and rescheduled it until March 30. Apparently, the name of the person who canceled the appointment was missing. No nurse on site to provide the service. The vaccination clinic had decided to close at 2:30 p.m. today. Back home, the CLSC had left a message in the early afternoon to inform me that my appointment was canceled. Quite a service! (Original) En janvier, on m’avais donné un rendez-vous le 9 mars à 18hres pour la 2e dose d’un vaccin. Je me présente sur les lieu à 17h45 après avoir quitté mon travail plus tôt, pour me faire dire que quelqu’un avait annulé mon rendez-vous et l’avait reporté au 30 mars. Apparemment que le nom de la personne qui avait annulé le rendez-vous n’était pas indiqué. Aucune infirmière présente sur les lieux pour assurer le service. La clinique de vaccination avait décidé de fermer à 14h30 aujourd’hui. De retour à la maison, le CLSC avait laissé un message en début d’après-midi pour m’aviser que mon rendez-vous était annulé. Tout un service!

A dear friend of mine is very very sick and all the CLSC reception says is go to the emergency, however the emergency clinics are either not open or there is a waiting period so long that by the time he can be seen is during his workday. Pathetic. One of the main reasons I moved out of Chateauguay

Why is so hard to get an appointment to have my 1 yr old vaccine! They keep saying you must vaccine your child but I've been trying to get an appointment for 6 months now...when I call them they say go online. When I went online and make the appointment I show up and they don't have an app for me!!!!!!!!! Hate this place

Receptionist was rude, very rude. She spelt me name wrong (even though all she had to do was copy it) so I had to wait for everything to be redone. Then I waited forever because they never called my number & they had the nerve to say that I wasn’t attentive (I wasn’t the only person that didn’t hear their number called). CLSC Chateauguay do better!

Worse experience ever. Came 10 minutes late to my appointment then was told to wait until my name is called. 45 minutes later the reception called me to tell me that since i came 10 minutes my appointment was cancel and to rebook for tomorrow. Could have told me that the moment i signed in instead of wasting 45 min of my time

the receptionist cant speak English and French isn't great. plus she keeps hanging up on me making me call back and wait another 30 min...just to hang up on me again... this is the third time she has done this in 4 weeks.

Rude and arrogant people. I am bilingual but yet when speaking English, you can see the change in their attitude. This place is run exactly like the two walk-in clinics in Chateauguay. One should be very careful here as some of the personnel's hygiene is very questionable.
