During a phone conversation attempting to understand the services provided by AMI, attendant Connie DiNardo was very difficult to deal with . On several occasions she raised her voice and while requesting she stop (I suffer from PTSD and these types of confrontations cause panic attacks) , instead she became more annoyed with me and proceeded to hang up on me. I fail to understand how anyone would believe this is reasonable behaviour.

An amazing, free resource for family members of a loved one struggling with mental health problems (whether formally diagnosed or not). In addition to support groups helmed by excellent facilitators, the workshops are fantastic and so informative.
