Dr.Carruthers is the best Doctor I ever had .He is very understanding and will take the time it take when you go for your appoitment.He is not like other Dr. I had before moving to Charlottetown they give you 15 minutes for 1 problem.....so if you have more then one thing to discuss with those Dr. You have to make another appoitment I am 100% serious. Thank you Dr. Carruthers and to his amazing staff Amanda and Cindy. Sandra Hebert

Dr. Carruthers has been my doctor since 1994 and has always been there for my family, takes the time to listen and with so many patients still remembers small details. No better doctor on PEI.
