Clinique Familiale Privée; je déconseille très fortement. En fait c’est un cabinet car la docteur Gagné est la seule médecin et elle est là 2 jours par semaine. J’ai donc payé pour un suivi familial, plus de 500$\annee, mais le service est moins bon qu’au public. On essaie d’appeler ca réponds quasiment jamais, on laisse des messages ils rappellent jamais, quand finalement on a quelqu’un au téléphone on nous offre 3 semaines d’attente minimum... avec ou sans pandémie. Mon fils semble faire une otite la secrétaire me propose de le mettre sur liste d’attente, on marche sur la tête. On se demande s’il y a vraiment quelqu’un à bord là dedans.

Quand je ne suis inscrite, on m'a dit que j'aurais un rendez-vous dans les 48 heures qui suivent. Pour mon dernier rendez-vous, j'ai appelé pour voir mon médecin et ça a pris deux semaines avant qu'ils me rappellent pour me donner une date une semaine plus tard. On est rendus à un délai de trois semaines, un peu plus que 48 heures, mettons. J'arrive au rendez-vous en question à l'avance et juste avant d'entrer, je reçois un appel pour m'indiquer que mon médecin n'entrera pas cette journée là et qu'on va me rappeler, un jour, pour me donner un autre rendez-vous. Furieuse, je demande s'il n'y a pas quelque chose à faire pour que je n'aie pas à me déplacer une seconde fois et manquer 3 heures de travail, encore, et on m'informe, à ce moment, que mon rendez-vous pourrait être remplacé par un appel téléphonique. Encore une fois, je n'ai même pas une idée de quand cet appel aura lieu. Tout ça soulève plusieurs questions, à mon avis. Pourquoi est-ce qu'on m'a demandé de me déplacer la première fois? Pourquoi lorsqu'on annule un rendez-vous des heures à l'avance, nous devons payer 100$ tandis que le médecin, lui, peut facilement annuler les nôtres sans réel préavis? La vraie question, en fait, est plutôt : Pourquoi est-ce que je suis moins bien servie et traitée que lorsque je ne débourse pas un sous en allant au public. Tout ça pour dire : ne faite pas la même erreur que moi, continuez d'aller au public ou essayez d'aller dans une autre clinique privée.
