Friendly and attentive staff. Reception was warm and welcoming. Physiotherapist was easy to talk to, informative, and helpful. The clinic itself is top-notch in facility appearance and apparent equip on hand. I just ate the rather generously-sized chocolate that came with the appointment reminder card, which doesn't hurt either for a positive first impression.

Three years ago I had two compression fractures in my in my spine. I was experiencing discomfort that I thought I would have to live with. Dean Clark did a very thorough examination assessed the problem and gave me simple exercises that not only alleviated the discomfort but enable me to continue to improve my condition. Their follow ups are equally thorough. I cannot speak highly enough of Dean and Stacey for there obvious commitment to their profession, good sense of humour and very clear, illustrated explanations of how the body works and what needed attention. You have to commit to the homework but it pays dividends!!! There was no pressure but they make it clear they"re there for you when you need them.
