I started seeing Sherry over 10 years ago for grief. As time went on and my grief was managed, I was finally able to dig deep into many different issues I had never dealt with. From weight loss and continuing education to depression Sherry walked alongside teaching me, coaching me and helping me through my mental health journey. She continually challenges me, pushes me to see different point of views and allows me to heal and grow in a healthy manner. I use techniques learned everyday of my life. I would 100% recommend the services offered with confidence that you will receive the help and direction needed to heal and/or move forward a healthy and positive way!
