Again i was reminded to never underestimate the power of Chiropractic care. It had been almost 6 months since my last visit and I started feeling a tense pressure in my upper left chest. I made a Dr. App. Just to rule out the worst but also went to see Dr. Mark 2 days before the Dr. And wow, after a very intense adjustment, I walked out with zero tightness in the chest and it hasn't come back since. I have recently moved to Cambridge and during shifting I got some back sprain or something which was really painful. I just randomly walked to their clinic because it was close to my house. My husband and I have being seeing Matt Welsh for physio for over a year. He has help me pre shoulder surgery in easing pain, building musle, and keeping shoulder mobile. I seen the surgeon for 6week post op and he said I am doing exellent. I believe Matt has contributed his expertise in helping me in my pre and post op. My husband had a previous injury and Matt has been great in helping him recuperate. I believe in Angels and I can say that Matt came like arcangel Raphael (angel for Health issues) not only for me but for my family as well. Matt is friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. He treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, he uses different techniques and explained what he was doing and what to expect. I was given reasonable exercises to do and his estimate of how long it would take to recover was correct. Also the front desk ladies are very amazing, they try their best to fit you in for any inconvenience that you may have. I truly recommend Matt and Realign Health for their good service..keep it up.. Big shout out to ReAlgn. I was a hot mess during these very tough times. Burning on fire shoulders arms hands and neck. Pins a needles every where. I hadn't slept more then a couple hours in months. A co worker sent me there. I was sceptic and was waiting for my doctor's referral. Went in there in tears. I shouldn't have waited. The whole team has won me over. They gave me the tools to have a psin free life. I will never be able to thank them enough. No judgement there. Only kindness knowledge and tools I now have my self to function happily every day. Sometimes as we grow older or have injuries we deserve better but don't know where to turn to. Our health system is lagging so far behind. This is the first step. I was having pains in my chest, ribs and abdomen, as well as digestive issues which are apparently all connected to the spine. Dr. Mark helped me not only with physical adjustments but he even recommended I try a gluten free diet for a week, and after several adjustments and about 5 days on his recommended diet, I now feel incredible! Like a brand new improved version of myself! I also previously thought I had ADD, and for years had accepted living with the brain fog and fatigue, also depression and anxiety associated with those, but now I feel fantastic and I don't even need to take any medications! Dr. Mark is a real healer and dare I say, a miracle worker. I would give him 6 stars if I could! On a side note, the front end staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean and safe. I highly recommend Realign Health to everyone!

Matt "engage your core" Welsh; RPT I pinched my sciatic nerve and experienced extreme pain, reduced mobility and significant loss of muscle mass in my right leg. 10 minute adjustments for $40 or more. Rushed service. No point of going here for what they offer! They make it seem welcoming and friendly but its just to get you comfy with the fact its a rushed service. I left this place and get 1 hour for $80 now. I have no coverage at all so it is a big deal if they cant offer me a bit more attention to my problems.

The staff are extremely educated and knowledgable about the healing processes for many ailments including pinched nerve therapy, tennis elbow relief, pulled and strained muscles, posture corrections and more. Dr. Phil is an awesome chiropractor you can trust and Matt Walsh is very good at making the most out of the time you have with him so you can take the skills you learn home and continue to improve. I had the most extreme pain I have ever experienced in my life when I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck a month ago (and I know pain- I've had two children!!) I knew something was majorly wrong because the pain was so intense. I ended up at the hospital in parry sound while on holidays thinking it was a dislocated shoulder. The doctor there informed me it was in fact a pinched nerve and she told me to seek out a chiropractor combined with physio. She also told me it would likely take a few months to heal and it would be a process. I left the hospital with prescriptions for morphine and nerve pain meds and was doubling my doses to manage the pain! I went to dr Phil for chiropractic as soon as I got home. I was terrified to go because I couldnt handle more pain but I couldn't NOT go because I had to do SOMETHING. They got me in asap and I was crying walking in to the office because the pinched nerve pain was so intense. It surprised me that my time on the table did actually relieve some pain even so early into the injury. He suggested I also go to see the physiotherapist Matt Walsh and I am so glad I did! I am happy to report I was off the meds within 2 weeks and it has been just over a month and I am PAIN FREE. My advice if you are dealing with extreme pain is to get help asap. The faster you go to deal with it the faster you can get back to normal! I am back on my horse thanks to the amazing staff at realign health in cambridge. I was so scared the pain wouldn't get better and it would take so long to heal. If you live in Cambridge, kitchener, guelph, Waterloo and you are looking for a chiropractor or physiotherapist or acupuncture you should book an appointment with realign health.

I can't say enough for this amazing place. Dr Mark and his team are fabulous. You are greeted and treated like family when you walk in. Your health and comfort is their highest priority. Dr Mark is brilliant and has told us time and again that if it moves, its adjustable. I came to them at 7 months pregnant and Dr Mark was able to adjust me and keep me comfortable right to delivery. I loved my experience so much that within a few months I had convinced my husband to come regularly as well as my 3 children. He adjusted my youngest from birth and we finally had a baby who slept through the night early with no colic. We have avoided ear infections, constipation, carpel tunnel, and so many viruses from Dr Mark's adjusting and care. It's even improved my husband's restless leg syndrome. Jackie & the team are fabulous at accommodating last minute schedule changes & squeezing a kid or 2 in with my or my husband's adjustments. hi out there if you in the cambridge area and have injury-pain or discomfort you gotta check out realign on eagle for all your needs i am a professional drag racer and at 65 was shocked to discover i had arthritis in my rt knee after i suffered a minor dislocation! i was recommended to matt welsh at realign who not only helped me recover but went the extra mile to make sure i exercised the knee so i didnt have to get injections (recommended by the doctors) and subsequent knee replacement i then slipped on ice 2 months ago and landed heavily on my right shoulder (same shoulder i in jured 25 years ago on a dirtbike)-after xrays etc etc matt worked on my shoulder and managed to get me complete mobility while also working on my pain levels and introducing me to dr phil on the team a very capable chiropractor who worked my spine and nervous system to the point i can continue my daily routine as an auto mechanic! thanx guys-you are awesome smax smith ayr ontario

I have made it part of my weekly regime and have been pain free ever since. Mark is very professional and cares about getting you the treatment you need. The front office staff are great too, they are very friendly and make you feel welcome every visit.

I was referred to ReAlign by my sister. She had gone through a pinched nerve in her shoulder awhile ago and Dr. Phil Sammut completely fixed her. After lifting some heavy boxes, I messed up my back and could not even walk because of Sciatica never pain. It was unbearable. After weeks on the couch in pain, and failed acupuncture attempts for relief - I went to Dr Phil. He was excellent and within the first week, my pain was down from a 9/10 to a 5/10. After about 2-3 weeks I am almost back to normal. Their entire staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone who is in pain, or just wants to promote healthy maintenance.
