If you are hurt. DO NOT GO HERE. The place is poorly managed. The rehab team does not work or communicate with each other. If you area WCB case it's just a huge push to get you back to work. CBI will hurt you more than when you first got hurt.

After having moved to Sudbury mid-treatment, CBI Health was there to pick up my case. Having been with the same physio since 2019, moving to a new company was a bit unnerving, but CBI, with their fantastic team and knowledge base helped put my mind at ease. Being with them for the past 5 months, they have helped with strength training, and a return to work program that is catered to my needs and abilities. I was passed around a number of different practitioners and never had any kind of coherent "plan" for my recovery. One day I was booked with the chiropractor to do regular PT. I did not sign the consent form for her to practice chiropractic on me, she did anyways. They also offer a $5 gift card if you write them a 5 star review. They greet you by name at every visit, they pay close attention to detail in regards to your care and they make you feel comfortable to ask any questions you have. I would like to especially mention Sam R. the massage therapist that has been helping me from the beginning of my journey. She has gone above and beyond in my books for how much she cares to help a patient work through their pain. She is very attentive, helpful and professional. I pulled my piriformis muscles and IMS from Sid helped immensely! Thank you Sid and April! I was able to walk down the aisle in heels and I now work in a greenhouse and nursery and I've had no issues with my back. they taught me how to be more careful with it...This place is definitely worth going to! Unfortunately my experience at CBI was not good at all. After having knee surgery, I was trying to get my mobility back so sought out physiotherapy. I won’t say names but my therapist basically handed me stretches and told me to go home and do them. That was my treatment. Appointments were often 20 minutes if that. There was never any actual treatment on my knee. Nothing to help with the swelling or pain. I eventually stopped going and switched to intuitive rehab and the experiences have been like night and day. They are actually “working” on my knee and using hot/cold therapy, ultrasound machine, etc I’m so glad I made the switch. Very frustrating experience and I will not be back.

On two separate occasions i've visited CBI for physio after a car accident. I visited the Sardis location and saw Lauren and the Garrison location and saw John. Both locations the front reception staff were super helpful and friendly through the whole process. At both locations John and Lauren were both very friendly, easy going, and were able to help me get back to feeling good in short order. I would definitely recommend seeing either physio or any of the CBI locations, it makes such a huge difference in getting back to normal after an accident.

My experience with CBI health Center was easy and helpful. I had severe Tennis Elbow, to the point the pain was waking me up. The exercises and treatments were working. THEN April, introduced Shockwave Therapy. The results were noticeable immediately. I visited CBI Garrison recently for both massage therapy, and physiotherapy. While I did not resolve my issue with massage, Anthony didn't hold anything back and really loosened up all of my stiff muscles. My physio, Victoria, worked with me, releasing the tightness in my neck and shoulder, and worked effectively with me to reposition the joint with a program of prescribed exercises. She was both knowledgable, and a great listener, who asked effective questions and used my feedback and goals to guide her treatment. I cannot recommend CBI more highly.

Went for massage twice , it was really good. But terrible customer service at front the reception, very rude and unfriendly. Charged my insurance twice for the same appointment and did not want to recognize their fault. Made me run around to figure out on my own, and three months later their error is still not fixed. They don’t care about anything. Second time , they were not even able to process my claim. I won’t bother going there again unless it is the last place left on the Earth. Plus super long waiting list more than a month to get to the appointment.

I m satisfied what I need with this service. Especially therapists being wonderful and willing to do a body gesture and little familiar with ASL. Two of them are willing to learn sign language. That is awesome. I will recommend people to go on this service. BUT during summer, oh man. There is lack of air conditioning. I found out that in the administration office turned off because they felt cold. HUH?? Wear winter jacket? Sweater? They sat all day and did not move much while I, patient, felt hot because of no AC in the area where therapist taught what to do the exercises. Please!! We move our bodies lots, like working out.

I recently had a full knee replacement surgery and used CBI Health in Sardis for my recovery. I must say it is some of the best care I have ever had from the health profession. From the first meeting with my physio Remmert it was obvious that this man has the experience and desire to make a difference. I was in a lot of pain at first and Remmerts positive approach and patience made all the difference for me. Now 3 months later I am almost pain free and my knee is functioning at 95%, well above the curve. This did not happen by accident it was the careful attention I was given, the proper advice, exercises, and plan moving forward was bang on. I also utilized Jake for massage therapy to break down the scar tissue and was amazed at the results. Careful to consult and diagnose first then plan with you your treatment. Thanks Jake and Remmert I owe you guys alot. One more shout out to the admin staff in the office. First class in regards to submitting forms and making the process hassle free. Always friendly and great phone and email reminders of your appointment. I couldn't recommend this organization any more highly. They are the best!

This is a truly amazing Clinic. When no one else could, they diagnosed and treated my husband for a concussion. They gave him his life back! When I was recently involved in a car accident, there was no doubt this is where I was going to go for my treatment. They offer a safe and open environment to get well again. They push you “just” enough and know when you have reached your limits. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, accommodating and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff are very friendly as well as the physiotherapists. They do extended treatments like ultrasound and acupuncture which is nice. Regretfully, my body did not respond to any of the treatments but that isn’t their fault. I did go to them before for a fractured ankle and that did heal up quite nice from working with them, however. But they are very caring to each individual patient. Highly recommend.
