My pre-teen daughter has been a patient at ATFirst Therapy since the practice opened. Under Nakita's care and guidance, my daughter has learned to isolate muscles and work at correcting body movements to relieve pain and tightness caused by years of gymnastics and dance. We missed having regular therapy appointments during the COVID-19 shutdown, and are happy to be back. I am very pleased with the safety measures and precautions that have been put into place now that ATFirst Therapy has reopened. Face masks, hand sanitizer use, and thorough deep cleaning between patients reassures me that my daughter is being well cared for. I highly recommend AT First to all my friends and family.
