I was really disappointed with the experience I had with Prevail Psychology, Kathleen specifically. I had one 10-minute 'meet & greet' session with Kathleen (free), followed by two appointments with her (once a week). My first appointment was 60 minutes ($240) and I didn't feel great about it but figured the first one was just getting a feel for one another. My second appointment was 50 minutes ($200) and we spent 40 out of the 50 minutes going through an ADHD questionnaire together (only to confirm I don’t have ADHD)!!! I also had to wait for her to find a pen that worked. Then, for the last 10 minutes, she asked me if I wanted to use the remaining time to calculate the score of the questionnaire or talk about something else. I said: "Talk about something else!", to which her response was: "Well, what would you like to talk about?". I followed up with an email letting her know I was disappointed with my experience and her response was that it's unfortunate I didn't feel I got value from our sessions together. It was a bad experience from beginning to end.
