For months i had severe unexplained pain on my wrist. I also suffer from fibromyalgia. Blood work x-ray nothing could be said but that could even say what i had yet but the pain was excruciating. Even on pain killers nothing was working. One visit with Jayden was nothing short of amazing I learnt so much in our session and gave me instant relief! In tears I had nearly lost all hope wanting to go to the hospital every night because the pain was so bad. I couldn’t believe what he was able to do in that one session. We live in a world of we gotta see to believe, if you’re in pain and agony you gotta see Jayden to believe some healing hands.

Had a massage with Eunjoo. She was knowledgeable and showed me some stretches that I could do to relax the muscles that constantly get tight working at a desk. The only reason I put four stars was that the experience felt a bit rushed and that someone knocked on the door repeatedly requesting info during the massage. But that might be a one-off thing with it being later in the day. I would book here again :)

Byungsoo was clearly in love with his work. His explanation of the practice was clear and he was happy to follow my curious mind with additional information. I was able to fully relax during the treatment, which is rare for me. I saw immediate improvement for the conditions I sought treatment for, one of which was poor sleep. I fell asleep in record time and stayed asleep for more than 8 hours (as recorded by apple watch ;) 10/10 recommend!

This was my first visit to Royal Treatment Therapeutics and I saw RMT Emily D for a full body massage. Being a university student, the stress of school can negatively impact my body but thankfully Emily was able to relieve some of the tension! Her technique was excellent, not too much or too little pressure, and I felt very comfortable on the table. In just one session, Reshma was able to increase my knee flexibilty significantly. I had hobbled in using a crutch and cane, and at the end of the session I walked out using only the cane. Great hospitality. The people here are really nice, they attend to you very well. The services are very professional and personalised. The physiotherapist is really good, she knows what she is doing very well. My 6 month old shoulder pain went off in just a couple of visits and the prescribed exercises in 2 weeks. She is methodical and systematic in her approach and does not push to beyond one's limit. She liaises with other therapists to get you the best treatment. UPDATE! They are now open again! YEY! they have social distancing markers and sanitizers to make sure everyone is safe while getting their body "fixed". Even through it's crazy scary outside I know that people will be safe inside here as long as you mind your self also. Booking online is so fast that the therapists are already booked up for months. So it just goes to show you how in high demand they all are. Front desk is helpful to the point that they will help you call a cab if needed. The best front desk worker is Cali. Ask for her and hope that she is around to give you a tail wag and pets, she will surely brighten up your day!

A little irritated by this place. Had an appt this morning at 9.Got there 5 mins before place was not open. Apparently someone was late opening the clinic. Not impressed with the fact that my massage ended at on the dot at 10. Yeah there was a meek apology but make up the time it's not my fault some else was late. Right now they are bribing clients with a 5 dollar Starbucks card for a positive review. Too bad this place showed promise. Won't be back again

Awesome place - clean professional and the online booking system is very convenient because you can easily book or cancel anytime. My only issue with this place is the owner REBECCA!! She is not punctual - didn't show up for her appointment first - said she was sick which was understandable, it happens right? But the next appointment, I got there 15 mins before, waited at the reception area and she was just standing there, chatting with other people - no explanation or what-so-ever. I finally got in 15 min AFTER my appointment time (total 30 min of waiting) and my session ended on time 45 min later. She said she was running late but it wasn't my fault and I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR 60 MIN when she also bills a 45 min session. I still like other therapists and they are all exceptional. Compared to them Rebecca's massage skill is mediocre too. Avoid her if you can.

Would not go to this place again. They messed up my claim with ICBC and rather than admit and apologize, blamed me and the chiropractor for their poor administrative work. I waited two months for my approval to go through and called in twice asking for an update and both times they told me ICBC takes awhile for claims to go through. I later found out my claim was never submitted. The manager there was terrible and unapologetic. My note was for several services and she kept rambling on about how it was my fault and the chiropractor there on miscommunication. What about RMT and Physio? I ended up finding a new clinic who has been great and I was approved within 24hrs.

Approximately 5 weeks ago I was suffering from lower back pain to the point I was being kept up at night and unable to sit at the dinner table, on the couch, or in my car comfortably. As I work with children I need my body functioning at it's best. I found Royal Treatment Therapeutics and booked my first ever Chiropractic appointment with Dr. Pavin Rakhra. In that appointment the process of Chiropractics was explained, and my first adjustment took place. Nice place. Very close to my home. No problem with parking. Staff are very nice & accommodating and they'll try to work with your schedule. Uma is my physiotherapist and she is very professional and always on time. She is very patient and has helped me a lot with my injury problems. She even draw and gave me an exercise plan to follow at home for my continuous recovery. Massage therapists Rebecca, Michelle, & Eunjoo are also very good in what they do and helped me as well in the early stages of my injury. I will definitely come back to this clinic if ever I need their services again.

I shook the hand of a woman with a firm handshake and it turned out to be the owner, Rebecca Yu. I started ongoing treatment there in early 2018 and have tried different massage therapists at the clinic and I also saw one of their physiotherapist when I tore my rotator cuff. All in all, I think it's a modern, tech savvy, clean and multifaceted clinic with experienced therapists and I continue my treatments there.

I've had massages done here in the past but what has really got me hooked recently are my acupuncture sessions with Masako! Just wow! I've tried countless treatments for my chronic back pain like cold laser therapy, ultra sound, chiro etc but Masako is legit the only one that can take the discomfort away almost permanently. She's so skilled in so many areas like cupping and massage too. She never has to ask where I'm sore she'll just get right in there and work her magic. She's not the gingerly type where you'll leave feeling almost the same, I literally leave with red cheeks everytime feeling so great. She gets my blood flowing and loosens my tensed muscles up. Royal Treatment Therapeutics is a gem in the Royal Oak neighbourhood. Their multidisciplinary facility has helped my entire family, including my one year old baby who saw the chiropractor for constipation and general well-being. I visit Rebecca and Nobuo for massage and Manuela for acupuncture and cupping. The three professionals are well-informed, polite and very friendly. Working as a team, they've helped me manage and work through shoulder and back pain from nursing. They are an honest business that recommends services based on your needs, not based on their profits. The facility is clean and brand new! Their online booking system has made it easy to book from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has any discomfort or someone looking for some rest and relaxation!

Absolutely beautiful and welcoming clinic with a positive vibe. The front reception staff are very friendly and cheerful. I've been seeing Rebecca for massage therapy and Manuela for acupuncture/cupping well before Royal Treatment was open and had to follow them to this clinic. Rebecca is probably the best massage therapist I have ever been to - I always feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after each session. Manuela is simply the best at her craft and is vastly knowledgeable of the human body, always providing above and beyond recommendations for better health. Highly recommended!

Super cute little office, like a hole-in-the-wall style place. All staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, and checking in and paying for the service was a breeze (they offer direct billing and fully contactless payment). Allison was the RMT I saw, and not only was she very skilled at hitting all the right spots in my back, she was also a joy to talk to and provided me great post-massage tips. I had my latest massage at this clinic. I have had a few here already. I selected the owner Rebecca to do my massage this time because some of the other RMT's are a little under experienced and young. They struggle giving a deep massage. I have to say my massage today was the worst yet. Rebecca started my massage 5 minutes early, but also ended it 15 minutes early. I thought maybe she thought it was a 45 minute massage, but NOPE, still billed for a 1 hour massage, just like I booked. I chose not to say anything I will rather just not go back. I was however upset that the $110.00 she charged m is already $5-$10 MORE than other RMT in the area. One other draw back of this clinic is it is very loud. Microwave timers going off non stop while you are trying to relax. Not ideal. Further to my massage being cut short, the last ten to fifteen minutes I was getting a soft pat down, hardly a massage. You would think being a fairly new clinic they would want to perform better to get good reviews, repeat business and referrals. Sad..... I wont be back or giving referrals
