I went in and was greeted by Samina the Clinic Manager. She was very professional, polite as well as very helpful. The pharmacist across from her in the clinic was very nice. I would use their services anytime I have an issue. Dr. Rudge was polite as well as personable. The clinic is new so it is very clean and handy to get to from downtown.

Awesome clinic, went in as a walk-in around 12pm and there was no one in the waiting room. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt as though care was comprehensive. I was able to fully explain my symptoms without interruption. Felt much better here relative to my usual family doctor.

Very fast compared to general wait-times as the place was pin-drop empty. No one was there. The younger, Asian female physician that attended prescribed my family member a topical antibiotic for what they described as a skin reaction while I went in for a sore throat. They proceeded to double check their recommended treatment course but... the skin reaction was not an infection but a reaction (liquid contact). This was made very clear. Later talked to our actual home-base family physician and he was dismally surprised. She mis-prescribed. We thought it off but she was insistent. Following that note, found her a bit demeaning; would not consider patient history/circumstances in her diagnosis and laughed off symptom descriptions(?). Too reliant on procedure (the computer input tablet that tells her what she should do) and what she believed was the ‘course’ to take despite being relayed descriptions that should have guided her to recommend another course. Would not recommend as she is not trustworthy in her diagnoses or prognoses. Also, asked too many irrelevant questions about my life pursuits and desires while dismissing and not attentively focusing on actually pertinent medical information relayed by the patient(s) during consultation.

Good walk in clinic. Friendly staff, quick service. Can check current wait times on their website. Doctor checked with onsite service pharmacist prior to prescribing to ensure what I needed was available. Would use again.

I’ve been here twice. First time: short wait and got referred for imaging. Second time, I waited for 45mins to find that the imaging results had gone missing. Was promised they would sort it out but they did not. Receptionist on the phone quite unfriendly.

no doctors on site for 2 days .. however today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the doctors. She listened ... she was pleasant and a true professional. it was a productive and good visit. .. I will be back. Hoping the get a permanent family physician soon. Special thanks to George for caring

Absolutely excellent service right from entering the doorway, The family doctor here is incredible and if your lucky enough to get him count your blessings as this guy actually cares and treats the problem not the symptom, and is more interested in finding out exactly whats going on then pushing useless pharmaceuticals. Spent the last 23 years with the same doctor and found hope with this new office as ive learned i was in no way being taken care of by my previous doctor. in only 3 months time ive noticed a tremendous difference with my chronic illness and am more then thrilled with the care and help ive received from MCI at Hess. Also the fact that everything from pharmacy to blood clinic is available on site makes life a whole lot easier making it a one stop shop rather then having to travel around between various clinics. its so nice to be taken seriously and have my issues actually looked into and fixed i cant explain how happy i am with this organization, please keep up the great work!

Honestly the best walk in clinic I have been to. It's clean and recently built so everything is brand new. I went during lunch and the waiting room was completely empty and the service was incredibly professional and quick.
