When I was extremely ill with cptsd, agoraphobia and androphobia, I voluntarily admitted myself for help. They took me in locked me down took all belongings searched my bags took my cell phone treated me like some kind of a crazed criminal and I was horribly mistreated by a male nurse. They refused to let me leave and after 2 days i threatened to call the police or a lawyer so they released me and treated me like a pos! This was an extremely traumatizing experience and it took a very long time to recover! I am completely disgusted! I have worked incredibly hard on myself and am finally healed. I did it by myself! Now I want to help others how I helped myself. The mental health wing at jbh needs a revamp!!!

Had a completely uneducated therapist, Lorna. I told her about my gender dysphoria and she genuinely asked me what it was. What kind of "professional" doesn't know what gender dysphoria is? I guess it matches since Dr Bategelli is transphobic. He once threw my friend out of his office saying "we can't help you" for having dysphoria. Treat us like humans, we deserve mental stability as much as a cisgender person does. Do not throw us out for existing The same therapist shamed me for an my coping mechanisms, age regression, something Karl Jung suggested to trauma and major depressive patients. They let their own views get in the way of their therapy and treatment and it is disgusting

Really great services. Not only have they helped me but they helped my daughter many years ago. I am thankful for all the help. Things were really difficult at the time.

Disorganized. Waited a YEAR to see a psychiatrist, who I only got to see twice. They sent me to some meeting with a group of people who were all suffering from the same illness as my abuser. (Triggering to say the least) When I asked for records they couldn't find them, and I kept getting phone calls from a Dr I had never spoken too, and no explanation of what happened to my Dr and why they couldn't re-book appointments for me? Nothing makes sense here.
